  I had tire trouble. They found a nail and fixed it. Same happened to my in laws. I made an appointment. Showed up. They took care of business. Everyone was super nice and attentive and cared about their customers. I’d would 100 percent go to them again and I’m in general a pretty skeptical person!

  This was only my second time coming here and i wasn't very happy with the service last time. Though, i decided to give it a second chance. I'm glad that I did. Upon entering the shop, I noticed it was very clean and under new management .The staff was very friendly and the new manager greeted us with a smile, pleasant attitude, willing to work with me and was very friendly to talk to you. At this time I had asked him if I could have a tire fixed on my car. And he gladly said yes no problem After replacing the tire on my 2010 land rover, he noticed that the reason why the tire went flat was because of a bad valve stem, and nothing was wrong with the tire it self. The shop manager then showed me that other stems on the other tires were going to go bad eventually as well. The manager proceeded to check all the TMP valves to be sure that they were all working correctly. Overall, the whole process was about $35 to $40. I have the valve stem replaced on the one tire . The spare Tire was put back in the car . The whole process was about 20 minutes long. The whole time we were there, I had my grandchildren, 4 yo twin girls that would not sit for a second. Shop manager said it was not a problem. They were just children having fun. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody who needs work done in their car. They are a full service garage. Thanks to the new management and the staff and the welcoming environment. I will definitely return.

  I had a great experience here recently. My tire went flat suddenly just as I was arriving home (thankfully). I called Mavis and they said to come right over even though it was toward the end of the afternoon. With some help, I was able to bring the tire, with a screw embedded in it, for them to patch. They did it right away and didn't even charge me for the service! The tire is in great shape and I was so happy with this really excellent customer service.

  Fantastic customer service. The team called ahead to confirm my appointment and they were punctual and fast on the day of the appointment. Pete, the assistant manager, did a great job explaining what was going on each step of the way. I have been to other shops in the area that aren't nearly as organized and do not offer the same service. I'll be coming back here.

  Pete was amazing. Our car was making a really loud rattling noise. They determined it was just a loose splash shield and tied it up for us. They didn’t charge us, you don’t find service like this nowadays.
