  TNS Auto Collision did great work on my Tesla 3 bumper. Terry was extremely helpful and honest about fixing the damage to my car. I got my car fixed by the time I wanted it. I highly recommend them to fix your car. Thank you!

  When dropping off my car was told will be done by 3 days There was no communication for 2 days. When I called at the end of the 2nd day was told the parts are ordered and car will be done in next 4 days. But third day I got a call saying car will be ready in the evening. Went there to pick up was told to pay $500 in cash. credit card will add 3% more. He said the machine is charging that 3% extra. They would not take a cheque. I reluctantly paid and walked out. Looking back I strongly think there were no parts. Just correcting the dents and painting it.

  I honestly didn’t know that customer service could be this good! From the moment I entered the shop, they greeted me and helped me immediately in the most professional way. It was the quickest in-and-out experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop. Andrew was super professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend anyone looking for an auto body shop to get their car serviced here!

  I was involved in a 5 vehicle accident (someone hit a vehicle, and tried to run , hitting 3 other vehicles before mine). After GEICO inspected my vehicle, he recommended that I bring to TNS on Forest Av. From the moment I arrived at the shop, Andrew (also his name) saw the damaged, and guide me through the steps of how to repair. They are a GEICO claims shop (as well as other car insurance companies). I even received text messages, as well as phone calls from Andrew and TNS on the progress of my repair. He even asked that if it took too long for the repair. They called me on Saturday the 8 of Aug, to let me know that my vehicle is ready. I am so grateful for them. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.
