My wife made an appointment this past Sunday to have 3 out of our 4 tires changed.
The previous weekend I had gotten a nail in the tire traveling to Pennsylvania.
We pulled over to the nearest Mavis Tire.
At that location the manager on duty was nice enough to just change out our flat for the spare.
She informed us that our tire tread was low and that they had tire rot and that we would need to change the other three.
After inspecting it myself, I saw that she was absolutely right but we we're running late to an engagement.
We had our tire changed at another Mavis location in Jamison the following morning after that engagement.
That morning we followed up by making an appointment at our local Mavis Discount Tire in Staten Island.
Elijah and the rest of the Mavis team on duty were very professional and had the tires changed within the time that was expected to be done!

Will tell you that your “drain plug is stripped” after making you wait two hours for an oil change despite having an appointment, then will refuse to do the oil change. This happened to me TWICE with two different vehicles - both times got a second opinion and nothing was wrong with my drain plug on either vehicle. Seems like a blatant lie to avoid doing work/get out on time/etc. Really disappointed as I had a great experience getting new tires previously, but the lack of honesty is enough for me to not come back in the future.
