  Very disappointing experience. I called ahead and was told the car was on the lot, so I drove from out of state, only to be told when I arrived that it hadn’t actually arrived yet. I was asked to leave a deposit and wait a few weeks, but when the car finally came in, it was sold to someone else. Poor communication and frustrating experience overall.

  Great staff , excellent customer service , I love manny the general manager and Tommy who put together my finance contract was clear , honest and for extra $10 a month I saved $6790 in interest % best quality Cars , honestly is their policy u will never find such better business satisfaction than at ideal Hylan blvd , they helped me save thousands on a new car insurance policy , and they offered me over 7 bank approval’s to choose from ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars 🌟 🌟 manny thank u I can’t be much happier

  Car was good but even with a great Carfax repost there was about 3K worth of fixes that needed to be don to make it safe for the road. They would not come down off the internet price even one $ which research said as 2-4K over priced. I walked away. If they aren't able to Negotiate then they should be listed as haggle free, no Negotiation so people don't waste hours. They also scanned my pre-inspection for their use - I said they could but that they wouldn't even Negotiate when I saved them $150 ... would not return to them again. They claimed their mechanic might fix it if they thought it needed it if I agreed to pay full price.

  I called Manny and told him I needed a car asap I had to get back and forth to work my car was shot everything went wrong with it Manny and danny teamed up and got me a car in a timely fashion im very greatful and thankful in everything they both have done for me and my family if I can rate 10 stars that's what it is everyone at ideal if I didn't mention your names everyone there needs a raise they are all very professional in everything thank you so much guys I recommend your company and commend all your employees for everything

  Don’t waste your time going to see that Subaru WRXSTI it has a check engine light and when I went to go see it yesterday the fuse box was broken so they couldn’t start the car to test drive it then got my car appraised and got a value for their car, then lied about the price they wanted for their car after they told me they agreed to it don’t want to charge me 35,000 for a car that is not worth that much with a check engine light and a lot of aftermarket stuff done to it car has been there since December 18 and they cannot sell it for that reason so whoever decides to go I’m kind of saving you the trip to not waste your time
