  DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! If I could give a 0 Star I would. This place adds an undisclosed mandatory "DEALERSHIP &WARRANTY FEES" I went there to purchase a car, drove 2 hours away and was in contact with the sales person all the time asked for the total final price out the door and at no point was i ever communicated to about these hidden fees which were non removable of over 3K on top of the car price. To make matters worse, I have never seen a car dealership that lowers the car price and raises it up the following week. I saw the car on their website at a low price over the weekend and when I called in during the week to see if they would give me the price which was listed a few days ago they wouldn't. That should have been the enough to know not to trust this place. This is not a place i would recommend to buy a car, save yourself the hustle and go elsewhere. Total disappointment but valuable lessons learned. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE.

  I want to give a special thank you to Hector, the sales rep. for the seamless way in which he helped me to drive off with my 2016 Nissan Maxima!! I went in on a Friday afternoon to test drive the vehicle and begin the paperwork. In between that time and the time I drove off with my "new" ride, my family and I traveled to VA for a friend's wedding, but Hector stayed in contact with me. On our way back we stopped at the dealership to finish all paperwork. The deal was smooth and easy! The finance department hooked me up, big thanks to Tommie!!! The kids received snacks and played with the in house cat. Excellent service overall!

  I am changing my 5-star review for iDeal Auto Sales in Staten Island, NY. On our 3 hour ride home from purchasing the car, we realized the brakes and rotors were faulty. If they had done a thorough & proper inspection of the entire car, they would have seen that the back brakes were faulty and were worn thru to the rotors. We had to have the brake pads and rotors replaced yesterday at a cost of $532.00 and our entire Sunday ruined! There is no way they could have missed such a vital component. Our lives were in serious danger!!!!! We no longer feel that iDEAL AUTO in STATEN ISLAND, NY is a honest place to purchase a vehicle. We were seriously mislead by EVERY MEMBER of the staff who had anything at all to do with the car we purchased. It is completely obvious that no representative of the entire staff is honest, dependable or caring. In our opinion they are dishonest cheaters only looking for a quick sale with no regard for the buyers safety. MY HUSBAND AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM iDEAL AUTO SALES, SYSTEM ISLAND, NY. If you do, you are putting you life in danger and you are wasting your time and money. THIS REVIEW IS NO LONGER A BAKED RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Freddy Bosco is an amazing at iDeal Auto! My husband & I drove 3 hours to buy our car and it was well worth the trip just to meet Freddy & Bentley, the cat 😺 I highly recommend Freddy @iDeal Auto. You will enjoy your time while buying your new vehicle(s). Freddy has a great personality. He's polite, funny and he knows his job. Go see Freddy and meet Bentley. You'll enjoy the entire experience! 😊

  This place is amazing Freddy Bosco is the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with and really helped me find the right car for me at a great price to boot, and their lovely cat Bentley was instrumental in helping me secure a deal. I cannot sing this dealerships praises enough
