  i bought a 2019 grand cherokee and from the day one, i told them that the tires were bad and they told me that they will change it and then after go and back they refused to change my tires. i suggest not to buy cars they will scam you.

  Poor service received at this location, I spoke with the sales agent in advance of my arrival that day. When I arrived the car was not ready and was in another lot when I was told it would be there when I arrived. I waited 45 minutes until they finally brought it to the location I was at. The car was as advertised and very nice despite a cleaning that would need to be done in the trunk of the car. I was ready to purchase the car; however, the agents were not on point as they would never call back when I asked and would not follow up on request. The agents need to be trained better on customer service as they lost a sale and are just unprofessional. I get it's a business and money is needed to be made, but they show very little care on how to treat people rather they overtly don't hide the fact that they just want money. Nice cars here, but the place needs a whole new culture change/training on how to be more helpful and relatable to their customers

  Sold my vehicle to them. Took them a month to pay off the loan on it which resulted in late payments on my credit report. Said I’d have a check for the difference in a week. Didn’t respond to my calls or texts for a month after I didn’t receive the check. Stopped in one day after work and not receiving and call backs. The wrote me a check for lesser amount because the payoff changed on them… very frustrating experience. Wife was in the market for a vehicle and now i definitely won’t be using this dealership. I would not reccomend them.

  Hector is a prince, kind, patient, and supportive. Simple, straightforward sales, a great conversation with a lovely, thoughtful scheduling manager (depicted below), and a low-pressure sales environment characterized my experience at iDeal Automotive. I will certainly return for my future care procurement needs.

  BEWARE! Salesman and I settled on a firm price within 10 minutes. I made it clear it was the price I was willing to pay before tax and title. Salesman talked to his manager and confirmed the price. Told us to wait 3 hours while the car was inspected by their mechanic. Ended up waiting 4 hours, called for an update, was told the salesman was going to call me back soon, but that never happened. I ended up showing back up in person since I’m not from the area and couldn’t wait around. Upon making payment, I was suddenly told $4,000 was being added on the total for dealer fees and things I never asked for, which were supposedly being installed as we speak. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST!! Waste of time and gave false pricing. Avoid this dealership and save your breath.
