  As far as customer service, staff members, Olivia and Joe were excellent. It was very busy that day, but Olivia worked very hard to get me an auto promptly And Joe made sure I was able to obtain transportation once I brought the order back In fact, my insurance company, USAA, always steers me to Enterprise. This was my first visit to this location and from now on it will be my go to area If I need to rent another auto. My only frustration was that I didn’t realize that I could’ve obtained a substantial discount if I used my USAA perks membership to reserve a car through Enterprise. I guess I’ll know the next time.

  I had a fantastic experience at this Enterprise Rent A Car location. From the moment I walked in the greeting was warm and welcoming. Everyone in the office was smiling friendly and genuinely attentive. The office itself was spotless and well kept which immediately made me feel comfortable. They treated me like a valued customer the entire time. I was offered water right away and the whole process was incredibly efficient. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Olivia at the desk did an outstanding job handling my rental signup quickly and professionally. Joe helped me select the perfect car that fit my budget without pushing any unnecessary add ons. He even suggested I take a detailed video of the vehicle and helped me do it so I would have a clear reference in case of any damage. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. This location sets the bar for car rentals. I would choose them again hands down over any other Enterprise branch or even another brand even if it cost a bit more. Outstanding team and service. Thank you Olivia and Joe! *** 7/7 Update I wanted to leave a follow up review after an issue came up with the vehicle. It was unpleasant for my partner, but the team at this Enterprise location handled everything perfectly. They thoroughly inspected the returning car and happily took it back right away, then gave us a new vehicle. I was assisted once again by Olivia and now too by Melanie, who was super happy, all smiles, and really reassuring. She made sure I was completely happy and taken care of before I left. Melanie went above and beyond. Even with the issue, this is still hands down the best rental experience I’ve had. I would happily pay more to use this branch over Hertz any day of the week, and I would even go out of my way to come here instead of the location closer to my home. Exceptional customer service every time thank you Melanie, Oliva and the whole team!

  The staff at Richmond Terrance, Staten Island location of Enterprise rental are just too amazing. In the absence of no better words to describe their services, they are helpful, hardworking, customer oriented, customer centric and above all they would go above and beyond just to give customer a stretch-free moments, I'm a living testimony to this. Thank you Richmond Terrance, Staten Island center team, I love you all and God bless you all. Nick, you are excellent and deserve all the good things in this world brother.

  Extremely happy with my entire rental experience. These people take care of you, start to finish. Erick and Kat were courteous and efficient, getting me rented and driving, and checked back in and returned in what felt like minutes. Everything is done by tablet and email, but hardcopies are available if you need them.
