    cannot begin to say enough amazing things about the enterprise on Richmond Terrace in Staten Island, New York. Kat, Melanie, Erik, etc. everyone was absolutely wonderful and super helpful in what was a very stressful time for me. They were not only helpful, smart, friendly professional. They were also compassionate and just lovely to deal with. Could not recommend this location more and I will be sending anyone local in need of a rental car there. I hope they get the recognition. They deserve because they were absolutely wonderful!

    I’d give a 1 star review but two stars are harder to get rid of. This office was extremely unhelpful. I had booked my reservation for a car weeks in advance and I even called the office to confirm for any issues. I was told that I could rent on a debit card so long as the addresses matched on my license and the card paying OR I had proof of my current residence (utility or wifi bill) even if it was a different address than stated on my license. When I went to pick up my rental I was suddenly told it was not an option and I could not rent if I didnt have a credit card instead. Called other offices to confirm and was told it should be no issue whatsoever. This office was no help and blatantly lies to you. Avoid this office
