    Today a young black lady was so rude to a young girl and her father wile I was there . The customer service in this place is horrible and no one should use this location the manager was so ignorant and unprofessional

    I had a great experience at this location, the moment that I walked in I felt welcomed and I appreciate how everyone was friendly. Shout out to Nick and Carmelo for providing excellent service. I appreciate that everyone is knowledgeable about the vehicles and what to expect making the rental process very easy. I also like the options that they had for rentals, the cars are newer end of the year. I think this location has a great staff overall. I find it very convenient that you are able to get picked up from CAR STAR Victory Auto in the event that you need to get your vehicle fixed at the body shop- btw that body shop is also amazing- they do great service. I would definitely come back and rent to this location and recommend anyone in need of a car rental to come here. Below is my picks, both were great.
