  do not go here! Extremely disappointing experience, largely because of the manager. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction with her. The way she spoke was completely unacceptable and made an already frustrating situation significantly worse. A manager should be setting the standard for professionalism and customer service, but unfortunately, that was not the experience here. I expected basic courtesy and respect, and instead I was met with an attitude that made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. Based on this experience, I would strongly think twice before using this Enterprise location again. Upper management seriously needs to address this manager. She should NOT be working there or have a job anywhere involving other people.

  I've never written a post before I'm not really gonna get into the horrible experience that I had on your amboy rd staten island location on Sept 1st but the manager was complaining how she works 12 hours a day and she can talk to anyone the way she pleases not really a good business mindset for what its worth I'm one and done over there

  I've never had a more awful experience in my life. I was there THREE times in one day with my father trying to get a rental. First time, they had NO cars. Second time, my father went alone and was told I needed to be there and when he asked a question about what info was needed he was met with an attitude. We were told two different things, so he was seeking clarification and got rudeness. Afterwards, he felt disrespected, condescended toward, and dismissed. The THIRD time, I went back with my fathershe refused to help us, started an attitude with me immediately (as well as other customers), let us sit there for an hour and helped everyone but us, and WOULDN'T give us a rental! The inconvenience this has caused was highly unnecessary and it makes you think why people are in customer service at all. This woman was apparently the manager too... yikes.. will never go there again and I suggest no one else does as well.

  Enterprise is the best they pick you up at your home and when your car is done at a Collision shop if you needed one, you can drop your car off there everything is so convenient.

  I used this location before and never had a problem until yesterday we returned the car rental and forgot our ezpass. Went back in person they told us try coming back the next day we sent car to pep boys for services. They searched the drawers checked for my ezpass they couldn’t find it. I went back again car is back so I went searched everywhere still nothing. Staff was not helpful at all they had attitude. I was so disappointed. I don’t think I can ever go back there again
