  The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Compton, Erica and Jayden are always quick to greet us and are always incredibly professional , courteous and helpful in anyway possible. As an Enterprise Platinum member, I am traveling every week for work and leisure, and it is because of the excellent service I receive from locations like this one that I continue to choose Enterprise whenever I need to rental a vehicle. No matter how busy this location gets, the staff is always so courteous, patient and supportive, and the cars are always immaculately cleaned and well serviced. I will continue to choose this location over others in the area and this team is the reason why. Highly recommended!

  Erica & Compton were awesome! I had a rental car for 6 weeks and they were so helpful & accommodating. I got into an accident, and they were able to get me into a rental the same morning I had called for one.

  Erica at Enterprise made my car rental experience absolutely excellent. She was courteous, professional, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when obtaining the car. Her customer service was outstanding, and she is a true asset to Enterprise. I greatly appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone renting a vehicle.

  We booked a car through the Enterprise website and received a confirmation email stating that our pickup was after 3:00 p.m. The confirmation email included both our email address and phone number. When we arrived at 3:50 p.m., the first thing we were told was that we were late. Apparently, the vehicle we had reserved was no longer available because Enterprise expected us to check in exactly at 3:00 p.m., with only a 29 minute “grace period.” None of this was communicated in the confirmation email, so it was incredibly frustrating and surprising to learn that our confirmed reservation had apparently been given to someone else. We were also told they didn’t have our phone number and that the email address they had on file had bounced. Somehow, the location did not have the contact information we provided when making the reservation, even though the confirmation email we received directly from Enterprise had both our correct email address and phone number. We were initially told they might have to send us to the airport to get a car instead. Eventually, they were able to provide us with a vehicle, but only after a frustrating back-and-forth that left us feeling as though we were somehow at fault for a communication issue that was not ours. +1 star for Jaden, who was positive, helpful, and professional throughout the situation. Overall, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. If Enterprise has such a strict pickup window, that information should be clearly communicated in the reservation confirmation so customers aren’t blindsided when they arrive.
