  ASAP MANAGEMENT ATTENTION! DONT BOOK CAR WITH THEM! The worst customer orientation and service ever! I booked a car for pick up at 6pm next day on the website, they confirm me everything, so we was ready to go next day for it, plan all the day and route specially for it. The day of pick up they called us and asked us to come earlier, because they need to close, we said we will try and was attempting to go as fast as we can, because we understand and was polite to them. We ordered a taxi that cost us a lot to go there fast, but of course after 5 it started to be traffic, so it took us longer, we called them at 5:45 to say we will be there at 6 and here start interesting - they said sorry your reservation was at 5:30 and we already closing and can’t help us with it! SO they changed our pick up time by ourself because it was uncomfortable for them and after they refused to give us a car at our actual booked time. We were on the doors of rental at 6:00pm! The both gates already was closed with lockers, inside of office light was off and we tried to see if somebody is there to speak, so this person just tried to run away hides on another gates so we can’t see him and when we catch him while he was sitting on the car and tried to get our car that we really needed at OUR BOOKED TIME - he just start to run away and almost run me out with his car! This is the worst experience of customer sercvise ever! I even don’t know how we can make a solution of it - we lost our time, money and should cancel all plans. Never happened before this bad situation (The only photos of this worker was when he was trying to run away)

  I asked to use my ez pass they said had to use there's. I get staten island discount charged me 23 a day . I use it daily. Ridiculous why this should cost me double incompetence.

  Erin & Erica were very sweet & Efficient. Smooth quick process when getting my rental for the day. Highly recommend this location if you need a rental car !

  Make sure you take out their insurance or they’ll try to have you pay for their repairs. They gave me a filthy vehicle. Had to wash it to see what color it was. After return, first they said I had to repair a dent in passenger door. I went back there twice! I find out they returned the vehicle to the fleet, nvmd the repair. Now the passenger door is scratched up and the bumper is scraped, all on me. Sure sure. Two different sets of photos/repairs entirely which they show you after they go after you and your own insurance.

  This was by far the WORST car rental experience I have ever had. I strongly warn everyone: do NOT trust Enterprise’s online reservation system or their confirmation emails—they mean absolutely nothing. I made a reservation three weeks in advance for April 2nd. Due to an emergency, I arrived two hours late, and instead of any understanding, the branch manager, Erin Snashall, tried to force me to pay an additional $200 for another car. Completely unacceptable. I left and made a new reservation online for the next day. I received a confirmation email, only to get a bizarre call from the same manager telling me there was no car available and that I should cancel. This is after I planned an entire family vacation—hotel bookings, travel plans, everything—based on their system. Customer service assured me the car would be available the next morning. I showed up at 7:30 AM, only to be treated with a rude, dismissive attitude and told AGAIN that no car was available. Meanwhile, I saw new cars on-site and watched the same manager treat other customers politely and even offer them alternatives. At this point, it felt targeted and discriminatory. After refusing to pay the extra fee the day before, I was treated completely differently. The contrast in how I was treated versus others was disturbing and unacceptable. This manager’s behavior, attitude, and actions completely destroyed our family’s spring vacation plans. Do not trust this branch. Do not rely on their system. And be very cautious dealing with this manager.
