    I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 2476 Staten Island South. From the moment I walked in, the service was top tier and made the entire rental process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Branch Rental Manager Erin Snashall was professional, efficient, and extremely communicative, ensuring everything was handled quickly and correctly. Rental Manager Trainee Erica Byrd was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout the process, making sure all my questions were answered. Rental Manager Trainee Jaden Nieves also provided excellent support—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely focused on making the experience easy and seamless. This team worked together perfectly and made renting a vehicle a true breeze. The level of customer service here is exceptional and stands out compared to other locations. They all deserve recognition for their professionalism, positive attitude, and hard work—and honestly, a well-earned raise for the level of service they consistently deliver.

    After an accident we called to get a rate for being with progressive they gave us 3 different rates starting at 41 a day to 46 a day and two minutes later 80 a day ? Then they said they could not guarantee a car but wanted a deposit of 300 and to just show up and see if there will be a car I've never had such difficulty renting a car dont call them direct . They have no clue what going on

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I am not reviewing the entire company, only this particular office and my personal experience there. Before visiting, I called to confirm availability of the specific car I needed. Nobody informed me that the vehicle was unavailable. After arriving 04/07/26 at 3PM, I spent time filling out paperwork and providing sensitive personal information, only to be told afterward that they did not actually have the required car. Instead, they tried to upsell me to a different vehicle for additional money. What concerns me even more is the handling of my personal data. Before leaving that day, I explicitly requested that all my personal information be deleted from their system. The employee confirmed that it was done. However, when I later visited another location of the same company, an employee told me they already had all of my information on file — even though that earlier visit had been my first interaction with the company. This location demonstrated poor customer service, misleading communication, and serious concerns regarding privacy and data handling. Rental ticket #W45WRS P.S. I am adding this in response to Enterprise's reply. Please show your customers the courtesy of actually reading their reviews rather than sending generic, boilerplate responses. My original review already contains all the information needed to investigate the matter, including my first and last name, the date and time, and the reservation number. Taking the time to review the information provided would demonstrate a greater level of respect for your customers and their concerns.

    I recently brought back my rental vehicle from this enterprise. I want to thank Compton, he is a complete gentleman and very professional. I had a slight issue with my agreement and Compton made everything smooth afterwards. I highly recommend using this enterprise for your future car rentals due to great staff members at this location. Thank you again Compton!

    This location lacks the respect that is needed when dealing with customers. Had a reservation here for a Premium SUV and was offered a different SUV which wasn’t even in the same class I reserved. Instead of helping me out I was given the numbers to the other locations on the island to get it stored out myself. Isn’t that their job? On top of that I drop off the rental back to only be charged more and when explaining the situation to Erin, she asked me if “I’m done.” Way to go on having a manager who doesn’t value customers and is dismissive of them.
