  Enterprises car rental location on Hylan Blvd was a joy to rent from. Ask for Erica Byrd or Jaden Nieves they are friendly and professional and so wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. Next time you need a car head over to that location - honestly the very best on Staten Island.

  We booked a car through the Enterprise website and received a confirmation email stating that our pickup was after 3:00 p.m. The confirmation email included both our email address and phone number. When we arrived at 3:50 p.m., the first thing we were told was that we were late. Apparently, the vehicle we had reserved was no longer available because Enterprise expected us to check in exactly at 3:00 p.m., with only a 29 minute “grace period.” None of this was communicated in the confirmation email, so it was incredibly frustrating and surprising to learn that our confirmed reservation had apparently been given to someone else. We were also told they didn’t have our phone number and that the email address they had on file had bounced. Somehow, the location did not have the contact information we provided when making the reservation, even though the confirmation email we received directly from Enterprise had both our correct email address and phone number. We were initially told they might have to send us to the airport to get a car instead. Eventually, they were able to provide us with a vehicle, but only after a frustrating back-and-forth that left us feeling as though we were somehow at fault for a communication issue that was not ours. +1 star for Jaden, who was positive, helpful, and professional throughout the situation. Overall, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. If Enterprise has such a strict pickup window, that information should be clearly communicated in the reservation confirmation so customers aren’t blindsided when they arrive.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Enterprise location on Hylan Blvd. on the morning of August 12, 2026. We arrived right at opening without a reservation and explained that we needed to rent a car that my dad would be returning to an Enterprise location in Pennsylvania. The employee initially told us there would be an additional $300 fee because the car was being returned to a different location, but said that if we made the reservation online, we could avoid that fee. I immediately went online to make the reservation, only to find that the Hylan Blvd. location was listed as “sold out.” While the original employee was helping another customer, a second employee asked if we needed assistance. I explained that the website was showing the location as sold out. She told me not to worry and said the original employee would be able to set up the rental on her computer. At that point, the original employee stopped what she was doing and, with an attitude, said, “Well, it’s going to be $300 if I do it.” I explained that I was simply confused about why the website said they were sold out if she was still able to rent us a car for an additional $300. Instead of answering the question, she repeated that it would cost $300 if she did it. When I again tried to clarify how a car could suddenly be available if we paid the extra fee, she slammed her keyboard and said, “You know what, I’m not doing anything. I guess we are sold out.” At that point, I chose to walk out rather than engage with such unprofessional behavior. What made the situation even more concerning was that after leaving, I checked multiple Enterprise locations throughout Staten Island and Brooklyn, and they were also showing as “sold out” online. I can’t speak to why the website was showing this or whether the $300 fee was related, but the entire situation felt extremely questionable and was never properly explained to us. More importantly, there was absolutely no excuse for the employee’s attitude, slamming the keyboard, or refusing to assist us simply because I asked a reasonable question about the conflicting information we were being given. We ended up going elsewhere, where we received helpful and accommodating service. After this experience, I would not recommend the Enterprise location on Hylan Blvd.

  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise! Erin and Jaden were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, helpful, and made the entire rental process so easy and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy with my rental. Great customer service from start to finish! I truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful Erin and Jaden were. I highly recommend Enterprise, especially because of their outstanding service. Thank you, Erin and Jaden, for making my experience such a great one! ❤️ I definitely will be back and looking forward to do more business with them.
