  These ppl are scammers, please be aware of your money and always call corporate to verify if the amount is the same or less. I was robbed over 1800 dollars and it’s been 4 months. Next stop is a civil suit for more than what I owed, the news and BBB.

  I had a great experience at the Bay Street Enterprise location. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made the rental process smooth and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere—I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

  Dirty cars... no water to clean the cars!! The vehicle I was given was not only dirty outside inside the car smelled like someone had been smoking inside the car for no months. I am an asthmatic andnthe car had me coughing while I was adjusting the mirrors and seat. Need to say, I did not leave the lot. I jumped out of the car and infomed the agent. I was given another car witha no smoke tag attached to the keys. To my dismay it was a Honda Civic Sport ... very low to the ground. I doubt if I will use the BAY Street Enterprise again.

  Shout out to my boy Jayden and the whole bay st crew,he always got me right no hassle and great customer service with expertise and he has a great smile check him out if you need a ride he’s gonna do the right thing….
