  I was very impressed with the customer service at the bay st.S.I location.Very professional.However as mentioned earlier.Roadside Assitance wasnt.

  Had an issue with my reservation at another location and JAYDEN was beyond helpful at helping me get into the correct rental I had reserved. He took his time explaining and going over everything for me. He even took his time to help me out when I had an issue bringing the rental back to another location. He definitely goes the extra mile for his customers and I would definitely rent from this location again.

  Ask for Levan. He will help you out. I had an insurance rental with Gieco and he definitely took the time and got me a better ride. I will really appreciated everything he did.

  They closed before 6:00, so I couldn’t pick up the car when my reservation was made days before, the guy left the shop in my face, i lost 40$ uber to go and 40$ to go back plus all the business i had goin on at evening, also the kid accelerated the car when we try to speak to him to scare my wife, we will meet on court.
