  They closed before 6:00, so I couldn’t pick up the car when my reservation was made days before, the guy left the shop in my face, i lost 40$ uber to go and 40$ to go back plus all the business i had goin on at evening, also the kid accelerated the car when we try to speak to him to scare my wife, we will meet on court.

  Great staff! I was able to rent and return my car smoothly. They also provide a car wash voucher since they don't have a power washer there.

  Amazing customer service. They really helped me out. Especially when the road side assistance was a complete disaster. The employees at 263 Bay Street definitely made up for it, for being amazing and understanding.
