  After Christmas, car trouble can feel overwhelming, but Lolita at the Bay Street AutoZone truly turned our day around. She was so positive, patient, and helpful during a stressful moment. She even brought in the store manager, Javier, who was professional, reassuring, and made sure our battery was installed correctly. Thanks to their excellent teamwork, we left feeling confident and relieved plus our battery has a four-year warranty.
