I had a great experience at this location. The staff is attentive and very helpful. Javier was my associate and he is a very pleasant and respectful and helpful young person. He got me exactly what I needed and was kind enough to install my brake lights for me. I highly recommend this establishment. I hope you have the opportunity to have Javier assist you 😊

I had an outstanding experience at this AutoZone on Bay St, thanks to Javier. I came in dealing with a car issue I couldn’t figure out on my own, and he went above and beyond to help me diagnose the problem. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about actually solving the issue. Javier took the time to walk me through what was going on with my car and helped me find the right solution. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Honestly, he felt like a lifesaver today . It’s rare to find someone this dedicated and helpful in customer service. I wish more employees had his level of expertise and care. Ask for Javier if you need help — you won’t be disappointed!

The service I received was extremely disappointing. I simply wanted to clarify a few questions about my receipt. English is not my first language, so I asked for an explanation. My previous battery was defective and was still under warranty, so I understood that the replacement should have been free. Instead of explaining the situation or trying to help, the male employee became impatient, treated me rudely, and even told me to return the battery and go to another store. I felt disrespected and embarrassed. I expect customers to be treated with patience and respect, especially when there is a language barrier. I hope this incident will be reviewed.

Super awesome place, Eugene in particular is amazing. Had a headlight out in a pinch so came to AutoZone and he even changed it for us free of charge! Would definitely come back.
