    Very frustrating experience this evening (August 11). I went in to have my auxiliary battery checked. I bought the battery less than a year ago, and it is still under warranty. The employee checked it and said the battery had failed, but then told me I had to remove it myself and bring it back for further testing. I asked how long the process would take and where I was supposed to go after removing the battery, but he couldn’t give me a clear answer. The problem is that I need the battery installed in order to use my vehicle normally, so removing it without knowing how or when it would be replaced makes no sense to me. If the battery is under warranty, I expected the store to explain the process clearly and provide some reasonable assistance. Instead, I was basically left to figure everything out myself. Very disappointing customer service.

    I was tired of getting ripped of by Nissan on Hylan Blvd so I decided to change my own battery out. I spoke with Alexis on the phone at Autozone. She gave me 4 options with different warranties for batteries. I headed over there and she greeted me with a smile. She knew everything there was to know about batteries. She happily took my defective battery to recycle it. She rang me up for the 2 year battery, gave me a packet with O-rings and grease to prevent corrosion. She was friendly, she was helpful and she had a good sense of humor. She is an asset to this location.

    The staff at this AutoZone had a very poor attitude from the beginning and seemed impatient when I asked questions. I paid cash, then shortly after realized the product had a $10 rebate that required a receipt. I came back right away to ask if they could reprint it, but they were rude and unwilling to help. I understand there may be store policies, but the customer service here was very disappointing. I will avoid this location in the future.
