Manager (the Indian guy) Making up his own return policies, went to return Duralast jump start after 3 days from purchase and he said it is final sale, with his nasty attitude and then he goes to me, Oh nobody told you!! Yeah we changed the policy . This is not his daddy store to change the policy whenever he feels like it.

His professionalism is above and beyond. I visited this shop today evening, April 1st. 2026 looking for some molding tape and turtle wax. This guy not only helped me, he found me the best products that I would have missed by a mile. I really didn't like this shop before, because of some bad employees, and I gave a very bad review before. But Joseph turned that around. Even when he serves other customers, he's so relaxed, calm and confident. Lot of respect for you sir. Thank you very much.
