  Twice i went there to change a battery, both times at 8:30 PM, sow way before closing. First time, the light rain was a problem eventhough as I pulled up, I saw the technician swapping someone's battery but OK fine, was told to come the next day same time. OK, I went home, purchased the platinum battery online at this particular store, all ready for today but giess what, today, it was too late....had a 20 tip ready for the guy, my car has a battery by the engine bay, you have to take out one plastic cover, just snap it out, unscrew 2 10mm bolts holding the terminals, take of the cover, swap batteries, cover back on, terminals back on and 2 nuts to tighten. It is a 10, 15 min job, I just didnt feel like doing it and since im buying 300 battery from autozone, why not take the full installation. I was mad, told the guy this is not how you go about business, told him to give me the battery and maybe I'll be able to do it myself in the evening but in case, I asked if I could come in the morning for quick install. They guy tells me, if you really have to, Then he t tells me that the earlies I can come is 930-10. So I have to cut work to come in, so the tech maybe, just maybe , will be able to install my battery. I picked up a 10mm socket and left. Never seen laziness of such magnitude and complete lack of customer service. Im tempted to return this damn battery but I swapped it already so I wont bother. But let me say it, this was my last trip to that store.

  Great store and service always willing to help and save me money. Love the Fix Finder service. Need to give a shout out to Kellen, and Joshua. These 2 guys go above and beyond to Wow . These guys are amazing they are knowledgeable. I frequent this location a few times and Josh, assisted me with my 2017 Hyundai battery issue back in Feb before all the artic temps and snow storms. He ran a battery test and explained it in details. He said that he old battery is on its way out. Two weeks ago I was there with a check engine light issue he ran the Fix Finder and give me a print out and printed a diagram of the error code which was the P0299, and he explained to me what that code meant. This weekend I went to look for a PCV valve for and Kellen, gone above and beyond and called other stores to locate the PCV Valve for me. He said the part will be delivered to the store during the day and he will call me when it arrived. He printed a diagram of the location of the valve. As promised he called around noon saying the part has arrived. I picked up the PCV valve and some motor oil and a filter for an oil change. The store has NO Air conditioning. It's quite steaming hot in the store. I feel bad for these guys. They need air conditioning.

  Two associates were not able to help me with my battery. Thank god for Josh who saved the day. If you need a replacement battery ask for Josh. AWESOME TECHNICIAN.

  They are always the best and they always make sure I get the right things for my old Jeep. I needed to see what the problem was with my right headlight and I was not sure which type of bulb it needed so David C. came with me to check it out and he was super patient and helpful and he helped me look at the issue and then he actually replaced it with a new bulb which fixed the issue. I am so so thankful to autozone and the amazing people working there! They are TOP
