ME Being prone to strokes is not a good situation At all. My AC was damaged as the motor went out for the blower and I needed a new one the staff was very helpful and friendly and cared about my needs, They respected me as a better man and thank me for my service. I truly feel that went above and beyond because they special order the part added overnighted and called me the moment it came in! They knew how bad I needed to part, And that my situation was Dire, As I’ve been burning up in the heat suffering with no AC I am beyond grateful as they’ve saved me a lot of money and time! When I came in they had the part in hand with a smile on her face and a friendly greeting. These guys understand! And they were there for me. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
