  The Springville Mavis Discount Tire has such a great team. They all work together, they are respectful, honest and kind to all of their customers and create a positive experience. I will be having all of my service work at this location.

  The guys were amazing—great service and got the job done efficiently! They were professional, worked quickly, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. They also took the time to explain a few things about my tires and gave me some helpful information I can use in the future. It’s always appreciated when someone not only gets the job done but also helps you better understand how to maintain your equipment. Highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I walked in having a problem with a tire. I was taken right away , they did an amazing job fixing my problem. Customer service was excellent, will definitely go there with any problems that might arise again

  Went to the Springville, NY location yesterday. I arrived at 2pm and waited until 3:10 for an employee to help me. I did not receive any service the entire time I waited. After over an hour, I cut my losses and walked out. Yes you read that correctly. No employees gave me any attention whatsoever. I strongly suggest avoiding this place if you expect a professional business to work on your automobile. From what I can tell, you won’t find professional employees there.
