Eduardo, cashier, I recommend you learn some manners for serving customers if they ask you questions. I hope you can be a little kinder. I hope the Hispanic female cashier can too. The last time I went, a very kind young man helped me a lot, but these last ones have been rude, and they're quite old, around 44 or 50 years old, way too old not to know how to do customer service.

I went to this branch on an emergency as my car battery died, it was 9 o’clock PM and the branch is supposedly to be open till 10 o’clock, the manager there I think his name is bryan kept rushing me to buy a battery and to leave the store instead of trying to help me buying a new one and he kept talking in a bad way as I am letting him stay aside from business hours which is not true, I ended up buying the battery from him because there was no other option. I asked him if I can return the old battery after installing the new one and he replied yes. After a week I went there to return the old one and he didn’t accept my return and he said that he is the branch manager and he decided not to accept returns after 9 o’clock and he will not return it under any circumstance, even though the branch was still open, I ended up taking the battery back with me.
Overall it’s the worst Autozone branch ever and the branch manager’s way of treating customers is awful.

Worst experience with any business ever.
Woke up to a dead car, but had to go to work so I ordered a battery with same-day delivery from the website. Returned home and the battery was delivered fine so went to install. It. Alleged new battery that I paid for was worse than my bad battery as the new battery Had only 2 1/2 V compared to 9 1/2 on my old one when I called to say that the battery was dead. I was informed that they tried to call me Five times, but I had no missed calls, to let me know That the battery I ordered Wasn’t available and they only had Old batteries. So they sent an old dead battery. For the price of a new one and And when I said, why would they send an old battery? they tried to tell me that my DoorDash driver picked it up. It was AutoZone‘s DoorDash driver and why did they give them an old dea battery? So Unprofessional And false advertising. There’s even more that I can’t get into it as they were extremely Extremely rude. And the best part is they wouldn’t Deliver a battery that was in stock Because they told me They don’t deliver. They said I had to return the battery to them with a ca that had no batteryUnbelievable
