  Service is very slow and it took more than 2 hours between the line and the service was very expensive and they put the oil filter wrong

  Wen it used to be Hampton Oil, simple oil change used to take no longer then 15 minutes. BUT NOW the same process took over an hour 😤. They tried up selling multiple items that wer not needed. On top of everything I specifically told the do not check my tyre pressure, they sneakily did it anyway. Now my tire pressure indicator went on before I left. So yeah wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

  I used to be able to get an oil change in under 20 minutes with Charlie and the old crew. This new company took over an hour and half smh they also tried to upsell me. Very disappointing. The hamptons community misses Charlie. This new company needs to do better.

  Wish it was still Hampton oil changer. When it would take 15 min takes an hour. They try to upsell you as well. Today I noticed my truck leaking oil, the other day my check engine light went on, now I know why, my oil level is low because they didn’t tighten the oil filter. Trying to get in touch with them over the phone is a waste of time. This is unacceptable
