  This business was recently taken over by Valvoline. It feels a bit more "corporate." They ask you for a lot of information and seem to track and store it, which I do not like. However, I am giving it 5 stars because the people working there are excellent. There are a few familiar faces from before the takeover and a few new faces. All of them were friendly and professional!

  I’ve gone here for years and in recent months the service has gone incredibly downhill. I just realized it is no longer Hampton oil change, and that’s why 😢 Went there today- they didn’t tell me directly but had wrote it on my receipt that I was missing 5 skid screws. Never heard of this my life. (no one I know has ever had this problem) Turns out I would never have access to those screws, because those are the screws that get taken out when doing an OIL CHANGE. I’ve never gone to another place for an oil change…. I have Receipts on receipts. Last service there was a gentleman working in my car who really struggled that the boss had to come out and help. It’s safe to assume my screws were not put on correctly. So when I brought this up and they said “good point” and proceeded to let me know I could go to the store and buy the screws and put them on myself…..as well I could just ignore it and “it’s just five screws, it’ll be okay”….. 👍 I have no words. I wouldn’t leave a review, but they asked me too! It is NOT worth it.

  Always friendly, always helpful, very quick and effecient and have been going here for years and nothing can change my mind on going anywhere else ! very trusted business ! and evolves to keep up with modern day tech, and just does so much more than the average oil change whenever i come in. Keep up the great work!

  My oil change was done by an unprofessional friend. I had to stop here in an emergency because my oil was leaking. The guys were very friendly and fixed what my friend obviously completely messed up and gave me a new drain plug and oil filter, changed my oil and stopped the leak. Thank you!

  Went for an oil change and the place was so efficient and fast. AJ is a very whimsical, funny person who helped us through the whole process. The drive through idea was so smart! Big Mike and Marcus helped us out and worked on my car. There wasn’t a dull moment. Aj made the experience quick and reassured us we’d be out within 30 minutes. Even though we had no rush he was very helpful getting us in and out.
