- MCMarlene CJun 18, 20265.0Pulled up and the shuttle was already there waiting to take us to the airport. On our return, the instructions were clear and the shuttle arrived quickly. JFK is always chaotic, but the gentleman with the glasses who speaks Spanish is the absolute MVP. He knows exactly how to get people through the madness and keeps everything moving smoothly. We pulled up and our car was waiting for us when we got back. This is our third time using Smart Park, and while the service has been great every time, this employee deserves all the kudos. He truly makes the experience stress-free from start to finish.
- MJM. JosephJun 7, 20261.0I highly recommend avoiding SmartPark JFK if you value transparent billing. I originally booked parking for 8 days but modified my reservation to 7 days well in advance. I even received a confirmation email for the 7-day booking. However, when it came time to pay, they completely ignored the modified reservation and charged me for the full 8 days anyway. When I contacted them to fix their mistake, they just gave me a bunch of excuses instead of refunding the extra day they wrongfully charged me for. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that does not honor its own written confirmations. Keep a close eye on your receipts if you decide to park here, or better yet, find a more reliable parking service.
