But I have came here a few times for certain services that they advertise and I know they do, but when I ask they always tell me they dont do them and to go to autozone. Today I came here because I wanted to check my engine light, and they advertise that they do check engine light, but the guy said they dont. Before I came to purchase and install wiper blades, and I think the same guy was there and he said that they dont. When it says that they do. They only say that they dont because either they dont know how or they dont want to.

They are the only Advanced Auto Parts that always have Rain Cutter in Stock and the Staff is always helpful. If you need somethig and they do t have it stock, if you order it early in the day, you'll have it by the late afternoon. Never a bad experience and that's why they get my business... and 5 Stars lol.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
