Recently had tires replaced on my 2020 Ford F150. I picked up the truck in the pouring rain and was unable to really check them out. The following day I noticed my rims were scraped up a bit. I went back to inform them of the issue and was immediately assisted by Larry. He came out and took pix. He informed me the the boss, Bruno was off but he would leave him a note. I stopped by today since I was passing and met with Bruno. He took a look and apologized for the inconvenience and made a bunch of calls tongue if he cld get the rims cleaned up. Unfortunately the shops can't do chrome work in NY. However Bruno made me a fair cash offer as consideration for the issue. I told him I appreciate the way he does business and his fairness, and would continue to do business with a guy that handles issues in such a manner.

My girlfriend already had a terrible experience of this location going through her stuff when she had her car inspected about a year ago, I had to get the inspection done on her car, so after taking everything out of the car (since they go through your belongings) I made an appointment for 4pm to bring her car in. I drive all the way to the location just for the guy to say that they are not taking any cars. I then tell him I made an appointment for her inspection and he’s just staying there “no cars”. You would think he would apologize or explain why the website is offering appointments if there are none available, but he was the rudest and most unapologetic person. It is safe to say that this location should close down.
