Wouldn’t patch a flat, wouldn’t replace with a slightly used spare tire we had to replace the tire with.
Waited 40 mins to be told they won’t help us.
Company policy is to deny service and make you buy 4 tires. Didn’t even have tires to sell that fit the car.
Went down the street to Smithtown General Tire 5 minutes before close and they took us right in and treated us like family.
Don’t go here. Go 5 minutes down the road to the real champs, Smithtown General Tire.
