Was under quoted on the services that I “needed “and was given horrible attitude by the person that was working upfront. Wasn’t even given an apology and was given a BS discount. Also was told the service would only take 2 to 3 hours, then was told it would take 3 to 4 hours, and then didn’t get a call until five hours later.

I had one of the worst mornings I called. Larry spoke with him, and he was professional, kind and courteous. My tire was not in stock. They had to search for it, but before I left out of there, he guaranteed that I would have my tire that afternoon and my car would be ready. I thought it would be around 6 PM instead it was 3 PM. I couldn’t ask for anything better excellence Service excellent staff. 💯💜💜💜💜💜
