  Nick and the staff at the Smithtown NY location were great. They were very helpful in getting me a car when I had to make a last minute reservation.

  Not a great place, rented here plenty times before but they've fallen off. I had initially booked down the street at hertz which was a complete disaster. While I was there I checked the prices at Enterprise which were comparable. Decided to book there. Walked from Hertz to Enterpirse in 100 degree heat. During the walk Enterprise called and said they no longer had a van for me. Decided to stop in anyway because I was going to have to walk by anyway. Numerous vans at the location. Spoke with the manager who made several references to the discount code. Kind of seemed like the discount was the issue. Anyway had take a $45 Uner home. Never again!

  Leased car was in excellent condition and the whole transaction of leasing and returning of the vehicle was done smoothly.
