Worst customer service experience ever!!!! Be warned! Everything Reese Simmons said in her recent review is true because I was with her that day. Straight liars! Exceptional customer service haha, my behind. Nick did absolutely nothing to help us, even though the error was on their end and this was clarified with enterprise, customer service and general management. Khan, whoever you are, you responded to Reese Simmons one star review Requesting her to go on the website, which she did indeed do. There was no contact information for you and nowhere to follow up. So, what did we do? We called customer service again and they could not find a khan At the Smithtown location. All they can see in system is two Nicks with different last names. If you really want to rectify the situation the information is in the system and I mean several request. Or, the next person that will be leaving a review who was inconvenienced due to us not getting the rental that day Will be leaving a review and we can put the confirmation number In that review. If you truly are the owner, in my opinion, everyone at Smith Enterprise needs a staff meeting immediately to go over policy and procedures And customer relations! Go to hertz. Go to Avis. But do not book with Smithtown “we don’t care about our customers” Enterprise!!!

Be warned: my experience at enterprise bodes for zero stars and here’s why. On the day to pick up the car rental, we called before to make sure we have the correct documents. We were told that besides the drivers license we also need a debit card. We SPECIFICALLY stated we have a visa debit cash app card and was told that it would be sufficient enough. Great right, no. We then took a $40 Uber there only to be met with Nick who I believe is the manager and was told that cash app cards are not accepted. I did not have any other card handy. Then we were also told that two utility bills were necessary, another piece of information that was not told over the phone. I was fuming because that contradicts what we were told over the phone. Nick couldn’t help us out in anyway, nor did we receive an apology due to the lie we were told. So we had to go outside, sit on the corner as he locked up. Excellent customer service I think not. Then we had to take another $40 Uber home. 80 bucks in total was lost that day due to them. I have the receipts. I called customer service. Explain the situation and was told the error was on Enterprises end being that they said my documents were correct. Customer service reach out to Nick at Smithtown enterprise asking him to give me a call to rectify the situation. 10 days went by with no contact. Customer service was called again and resubmitted the request for Nick to call me. Nothing. I called again and the associate Chris was a very understanding representative. Who sent an email to corporate and apologized for my experience. Finally, I get a call from Nick and his tone was like. “ What do you want?” What I want is some type of discount on my next car rental once my correct card comes in. He refused and said the only thing he could do for me is upgrade the car from an economy to compact vehicle. For the same price of economy. Hell no. The car I’m driving doesn’t matter to me. I’d rather have a percentage off, 20%, 25%. No he says and this is the best and only thing I could do for you. This person obviously needs a lesson in consumer relations because due to his stank attitude, ability not to apologize and all around IDGAF demeanor makes me and my family and everyone I’ve shared this story with never want to do business with enterprise again. I honestly wanna call the BBB at this point. Customer service was called once again to see if there are any options they can do to satisfy this issue being that their lovely employee, Nick couldn’t care less. No correspondence from them as of today, but believe me I will run with this. I will also be posting this experience on every platform I have so that my followers are aware and so will the people that were inconvenienced due to me not being able to Rent a car that day. Enterprise in Smithtown, you need to do better because you are not the only rental place out there and show some compassion when you make a mistake, Scratch that when you tell a straight up lie! Corporate And general management needs to reach out to me ASAP or this will go further I promise. And please don’t comment below this with some BS Like you do the others who’s experienced a bad experience. Other reviews coming up!

Worst car rental experience in Smithtown. Called Smithtown to reserve, they transferred me to call center. Call center reserved the car. When we got to the lot they said they had no cars available ! We saw the exact car that we reserved on the lot but they refused to rent it to us !!!

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience renting from Enterprise. At the beginning of April, I rented a small vehicle for 8 days while my personal car was in the repair shop. Upon returning the vehicle, I was shocked to receive a bill totaling $600 for the rental period. This amount seems excessive, especially considering that I later completed a comparable reservation online for the same duration, which totaled just over $300 including taxes. I initially reached out to Enterprise’s corporate office via email but did not receive any response. Approximately two weeks later, I followed up with a phone call and was informed that the Smithtown office would contact me directly to review the charges. It has now been nearly a month, and I have yet to receive any communication. The lack of response and transparency regarding these charges is extremely disappointing. I am requesting a detailed explanation of my bill and a review of the charges applied to my rental. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. I look forward to your prompt response.
