  We've tried to stop here on three different trips and couldn't find parking. Really unpleasant situation. The front parking lot is awkwardly laid out. The back has more electric charging stations than I have ever seen. Because of the bad lot situation, folks go bananas while looking for a spot.

  On 07/08/26 I stop to get food and the attendant gave me the ticket/receipt without showing the item I purchased and I simply told him I need a receipt that clearly mentioned what I bought and he was mad, rude, arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful. But thanks to the calm supervisor who was able to get me the receipt finally. That guy needs proper training.

  For a traveler on a long journey, being able to simply wash their face is like a breath of fresh air that instantly relieves fatigue and restores energy. Unfortunately, at many plazas, including this one, this is practically impossible due to the complete lack of paper towels. The modern touchless system is nice, but it is designed only for hands. I sincerely ask the management to think about this and change their approach to service. Please add paper towels, as for people on the road, this is truly an essential element of comfort and revitalization.

  WARNING: POSSIBLE MEN DRESSING LIKE JEWISH MEN LURKING LATE NIGHT AT THIS REST STOP LOOKING FOR VICTIMS. Their Community Leader Leigh was emailed as well about this concern!!! PICTURE OF VEHICLE AND LICENSE PLATE BELOW The 2 Jewish Men in the Mini Van in the picture below, have riding around late and looking into customers cars while they rest/sleep and have been doing it for months now and it needs to stop. The event in the picture just happened to me and my wife at 2:30 am July 3rd, 2026 and we decided this should be the most "Friendly" possible why to document this without involving the police. My husband is disabled, that's why we are constantly at the rest stop in between business trips, So he can stretch his legs and use the restroom. and yes despite how we look we are legit and fully registered business owners. Please alert your Jewish male members to stop with the aggressive behavior towards others. We are not hateful of any group of people but at the same time we don't need any unwelcome trouble as well. We did wake up to finding one of the Men standing up directly behind our car at 2:30 am at july 3rd 2026 when we just saw them earlier at 10:30 pm July 2nd, 2026. Be vigilant and safe while traveling and please remember the America is at War right now and we don't know what's in the minds of certain individuals at this time. Best Regards, And Stay Safe.

  For the buckets of taxpayer money NYS just spent on replacing the thruway rest stops I would've expected more. 1. Not nearly enough parking. My husband had to circle the parking lot while we ran in to use the restrooms. Several other cars doing laps as well. 2. In the Ladies room there were 4 stalls out of order, one with a broken lock, one with the toilet paper dispenser ripped off the wall, and at least one hand dryer didn't work. Great job NY. 👎
