  The Ramapo travel plaza is really nice. One huge problem this updated plaza is too small what happened. Drivers are constantly looking for a spot to park. I have been here several times. This is the last stop before going to Jersey or the Tappanzee this was poor planning. If you need to stop do so .. but I would recommend stopping at the rest stop before this one. It's bigger.

  This is for the eateries and the Starbucks I find whenever I go in the morning, not that early, but there’s people that are not working. They’re not there or they’re understaffed. I was looking for coffee because I decided to come out my car instead of going through the drive-through for a Starbucks because Starbucks is always slow. I just want a quick cup of coffee and it just makes me late each time you have to do better you need to make sure that the staff is there and that you have enough staff for these establishments Panera Starbucks there’s a coffee station that has no coffee. They say that the machine is broken. I don’t understand. This was an investment so you have to invest in workers That are fully trained and fast

  I really don’t like the combined water faucet, soap dispenser blow dryer trough. Also $6.19 for M&Ms?? 🥶

  Whoever designed this plaza should be fired and banned from designing anything ever again. Not near parking and no walkway for people in the parking lot

  This place is absolutely fantastic and honestly one of the nicest stops I’ve come across! The first thing that impressed me was how spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable everything feels. There is ample parking outside, plenty of seating inside, clean bathrooms, and lots of space to simply sit down and relax. The biggest surprise? The kick-ass massage chairs! 😂 After spending hours on the road, being able to stop, stretch out, and get a massage is such an amazing convenience. It genuinely makes this place feel more like a travel lounge than a typical highway stop. There’s also a Starbucks, food options, tables, comfortable chairs, and even areas where you can sit quietly for a while. The interior design is beautiful, with warm lighting, stylish furniture, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels thoughtfully designed for travelers who need a proper break. Whether you need coffee, food, a bathroom break, a massage, or simply somewhere comfortable to recharge before continuing your drive, this place delivers. Clean, convenient, relaxing, and extremely well designed. I would absolutely stop here again whenever I’m traveling through the area. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
