Great Experience Dylan Had Us In & Out On A Brutally Hot Day For One Tire I Unfortunately Had To Return With A Nail In That Very Same Tire Less Than 24hrs Later Adam Took Care Of Everything In & Out Again With Being Overbooked Excellent Customer Service Beyond My Expectation's For A Holiday Weekend Definitely Visit Them You Will Get Great Service!

Made an appointment online to have two tires replaced and balanced for later on that afternoon. Called an hour before appointment to confirm and I was told that I would have to leave the vehicle and it wouldn’t be done till end of day. No exceptions, no explanations.

Like many corporate shops tire centers lose money on inspections. Finding things to add on is encouraged. However they are actively saying things won’t pass, like a mismatched rim, when the tire is the same size and passes all NYS requirements. NYS guidelines specifically state that it is ok. Supervisor Joe from Riverhead says no. Staff here says it’s not a corporate policy but NYS policy. When given the exact information from NYS they say NYS is wrong and want to sell a new tire and rim to match. Draw your own conclusion about that.

I have visited this location several times and the experience has always been nothing less than stellar. The staff is very friendly and very quick to welcome you as you walk in. They don’t try to upsell you and the work is done incredibly fast. I normally don’t give 5 star reviews for repair shops, but Mavis Discount Tire deserves the 5 stars.
