  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Chris at the Enterprise branch in Shirley, NY truly deserves the recognition. Over the past several months, (9 to be exact) I’ve rented from this location many times, and Chris has consistently gone above and beyond every single time. His professionalism, honesty, patience, and genuine kindness are something you don’t come across often anymore. He always takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly and treats every customer with respect. There were times when I was dealing with a lot of personal stress, and Chris made what could have been a frustrating experience feel easy. He never made me feel like just another customer—he made me feel like someone whose business was genuinely appreciated. Because of Chris, I will continue choosing Enterprise over any other rental company. He is an incredible asset to this branch and to Enterprise as a whole. If management sees this review, I hope Chris receives the recognition he deserves for consistently providing exceptional customer service. Thank you, Chris, for setting the standard for what customer service should be.

  Great service outstanding customer service never have an issue here. Everybody knows what they’re doing. Wouldn’t pick any other office for my rentals. Looking forward for my next Rental with this office
