I wanted to have a repair estimate for my car. When I called them, they said, just come in, no need to book appointment, when I went there, they said, they are overloaded, book an appointment for another day!! Then I booked an appointment for another day, when I went there, they said, you have to wait for couple of hours as we are overloaded and short staffed, I said you booked me for this time but they said come on Sunday, it will be very relaxed and we can get you within 30 minutes. When I went on sunday, they kept me waiting for 2.5 hours and said we are short staffed and overloaded. I took my car without getting any estimate. Sheer unprofessalism!!!
