I had a great experience at Mavis Tire, thanks to Paul. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and provided excellent customer service. I brought in a set of wiper blades and after explaining that they are unable to put wiper blade from an outside source, instead of just telling me sorry we cannot unstall those, Paul took the time to walk me through the process step by step. With his guidance, I was able to install them myself, and now I know how to do it in the future.
I really appreciated that Paul took the time to teach me rather than just doing the job. He was helpful without trying to push unnecessary services, and he made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive that kind of honest, dependable, and personal service.
Paul truly went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tire and would especially recommend asking for Paul. Five-star service all around!

Terrible service. They don't stick to appointments and don't even open when they're supposed to. They seem to just show up when they feel like it. This last time I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and inspection and didn't get my car back until closer to 5pm, and they forgot to do the inspection, which was the main reason for the appointment. And they made no effort to rectify their screw-up. I'm done with them.

Thank you to Paul, it's was close to closing time and he took my car to fix a flat, well what I thought was an easy repair turn into me having to get a new tire, Paul and his staff were very helpful, kind and when he told me I needed a new tire he was able to get the same one I have on my car, he was able to provide me with timely and great service, I will continue to bring my car there, Thank you Paul, keep up the great customer service.

I booked an 11:00 AM reservation for a simple tire rotation and checked in early at 10:51 AM. I was told it would take 30–45 minutes.
After waiting 45 minutes, my car was still sitting untouched in the parking lot. The staff told me they were backed up but assured me it would be ready by 12:30 PM, which is way longer than what a typical tire rotation should be. I waited again, came back at 12:17 PM, and found my car still hadn't been moved into the garage. When I asked if work was starting soon, they told me it would take "significantly longer" and that there was "no time estimate."
At that point, I requested the key back and had to walk out without receiving service after wasting nearly an hour and a half. Zero respect for customer time, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I recently moved to L.I. I'm a female who doesn't know much about cars. My car had some issues with its rear shocks, bc my car is older some of the parts were discontinued and seemed like I would have to wait for next day delivery or until they could locate them. Thomas, made me feel so comfortable and was so accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure everything was in order and even waited for me a little extra to make sure I got my car back the same day. It feels good to know that I can come here last minute and still be taken care of. All the men work extremely hard and they're all so very helpful, great customer service and will be back for regular checkups!
