this place is a joke, they keep saying "we are waiting for parts" they said this for about 2 months

I’ve had previous bad experiences with this business one year ago. There is now entirely new staff and management. They are polite, professional, and competent. I would use them again if needed in the future.
1. Took almost 2 months to get my car in, than it was about 3 weeks "waiting for parts".
2. They tried to steal several parts out of the trunk,
3. They didn't replace any bumper brackets and supports,
4. Never reattached the inner wheel well and splash shield.
5. The paint with in weeks flaked off the fender.
6..... Because they never reattached the splash shield and inner wheel pulled the bumper right off the car.

just had my truck repaired here , very pleasant to deal with and they did a very nice job on the repairs ! very pleased ....

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this is needed I feel. Brought my car in on April 10th to begin repairs, told me the repairs would take about 14 business days, here we are Almost 30 business days later and my car has been sitting in the paint department for the past 8 days untouched. They found a little bit of extra damage and it makes since for it to add a few extra days, but this timeframe is unacceptable. And every time I call Gerber because I had to keep extending my rental, they tell me that they hope to have it done next week (this happened twice). As long as the car comes back in phenomenal shape, I will be a little happier, but I will not be back here. On a plus side the employees are very nice.
Update. They say someone’s been in contact with me to discuss my concerns but no one has been. The only contact I get is every Tuesday and Thursday telling me the same thing, my car is still in the paint dept and hopefully it’ll be done soon.
