  They appeared short staffed compared to previous visits but customer service was excellent. I was out in the usual quick time, once it was my turn.

  Fast, friendly, professional, and quick! I didn't expect an oil change to give me such a good experience, but between the speed, efficiency, and excellent customer service from everyone I interacted with, I had to share. Excellent job :)

  I stopped in to the Crane St Schenectady NY location on 7/1. I didn't have an appointment but they had availability and took me right in. From my first exchange with CSR Monique, i knew this was going to be the best visit I've ever had at Valvoline. I'm not sure if the other gentlemen present was Nuraj Narendra but is so , he was also so welcoming and pleasant. I think he worked the underside. Tierra Beth who was topside was also so friendly and pleasant. It was clear that these 3 had received excellent training and that they were putting it to use. They were engaging, super friendly and informative through the whole process. I believe Monique was a manager and boy, she is awesome and obviously she ensures a positive environment for everyone. I hope this is true all the time. Each of them greeted me and thanked me for coming when I left. I usually go to another location on State St in Schenectady despite this being closer to my home only bc I always go last minute and this location didn't have availability. I had an EXTREMELY negative experience there and will NEVER go there again. The three staff today really should be trainers bc they were that good. I will continue going to this location so please don't let them leave before they train others there. This review is so important bc in a world where customer service is dead, today gave me hope that there are still some good ones out there.
