    Brought my car here for 2 tires and an alignment. They charged me $150 for an alignment they DID NOT DO! My husband used to work here and they FAKE alignments just so they get paid. I now have to go spend more money to get the alignment done because even after bringing my vehicle back and stating that it was not done they still did not do it. I am very disappointed and will NEVER bring my vehicle back nor will I refer anyone to go here.!

    Was a little hesitant first coming here being a "chain" place. The shop manager, Ed, has been incredibly helpful each of the half dozen times I've been here over the last 5 years. Highly recommend.

    I went in to get an alignment. The Technician put my vehicle on the lift to start the job. He found that I needed a repair done before the alignment could be done. I knew something was making it eat the inside for the rear tires. They found it. Thank you for the diagnostic even though it wasnt meant to be that. They were professional and courteous.

    I was pretty agitated that when I showed up at my 530 appointment Monday 6/18/26 there was no mechanic available to do my inspection. Apparently theres a call center issue that puts people in time slots that aren't available. FIX IT! I list over time for 2 days because you have a system problem.

    I came to Monro Auto because of the high reviews, but now leaving 1 star. I went on vacation, dropped my car off on 6/1 to get fluids changed, cabin & air filter change, oil change, & to get my ac freon recharged (ac blows hot air/possible leak). I talked to the mechanic on June 2nd and 3rd, he said they would run the dye and see if I have a leak as well as charge my freon & the other services. Cool, great, price was agreed on. I go to pick up my car today 6/16 and the freon leak check and recharge is not listed. I ask the mechanic (different one) did they check to see if my ac had a leak and did they recharge my freon. He tells me their machine they use to do the ac is broken and he doesn't know when it will get fixed. Why am I just hearing about this now? And to make matters worse, he doesn't know if there was a leak found or not and if my ac was recharged. Anyone know of an honest mechanic?
