  I had a slow leak in my tire earlier in the day and didn’t realize until the tire was completely flat. Since I share a car and work on weekends, it was difficult to simply wait until monday to find a place to fix it. I was initially nervous about going to a chain due to an experience I had at Mavis, but Monro really proved me wrong. I came in at 6:30 on a Friday (30 min before closing, I know i’m every workers nightmare) and one of the technicians agreed to not only change my tire, but stay after his shift ended to fix it. He also got me out within 45 minutes when I had waited 1-2 hours at other shops. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate him doing that. Thank you Sean!!

  The guys Eddie and AJ were absolutely amazing!!! We had a squealing problem despite just getting our brakes and rotors done through another mechanic a week prior My husband took our car here and in 2 days (our choice) problem was resolved tires all set and inspection renewed. No upselling everything was smooth. Thanks guys again.

  I went to them to get a tune up and they did a wonderful job to my car it is running excellent now Thank you so much and you guys are so wonderful and polite

  Brought my car here for 2 tires and an alignment. They charged me $150 for an alignment they DID NOT DO! My husband used to work here and they FAKE alignments just so they get paid. I now have to go spend more money to get the alignment done because even after bringing my vehicle back and stating that it was not done they still did not do it. I am very disappointed and will NEVER bring my vehicle back nor will I refer anyone to go here.!
