Terrible company all the way around. One location didn't have anyone to inspect my truck. Came to this location with a appointment at 11am. Once I was there he told me it would be another couple hours. I am a long time customer at Mavis. Not anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere

I thought this was the best place up until I called and made an appointment with a nice young you asked the mechanics what was it that I needed. She came back and stated it was the driver side tire rod thingy, so I schedule an appointment. I called back just to move the appointment up and a gentleman answered, he was very short with is words and rude. He was kind of rushing me on the phone. I told him what I needed and he proceeded to tell me that Mavis would have to do both sides. I stated no, the young lady told me something different. He said "that's what happens when a person that doesn't work on cars answers the phone, do you wanna do both sides or not?" That took me way off guard. I said I would like to just do the one said and he said no. Which is crazy. The Albany location told me I didn't need it, so I was just wanting to go to the place that originally told me I ONLY NEEDED THE ONE SIDE. He then said" well let us know what you wanna do" and hung up. Guess I will not be going there EVER
