Show up for a confirmed 10 am appt. today and the gentleman at the desk says we double booked 10 am appts. Mean while all the mechanic bays are filled with mechanics doing nothing one was even sitting in a chair on his phone. Come back at 11 am-my better judgement told me not to go back to this place and I unfortunately did. Well no inspection for my car today-must have had a better paying job coming in. Never again with this place.

I recently moved to New York and had to register my vehicle here. Compared to Oklahoma, New York State’s car registration policies are a whole other ball game. I’ve been trying to pass a standard state inspection for weeks. After spending thousands of dollars, i was at my wits end. I finally got a New York State inspection from this store and the only thing they failed me on was bald tires. Luckily, Will cut me a deal on four tires and was willing to work with me on my trivial indecision. I spent a heck of a lot less than I would have with many other stores. I appreciate the work that Will and his team put in to work with me on getting my inspection passed finally.
