I brought my vehicle in for new tires and since the installation I’ve had multiple issues that were not present beforehand. I was told a sensor was broken, even though there were no TPMS problems before service, and then after leaving, two tires were still showing low pressure because the system apparently wasn’t calibrated correctly. Now the vehicle shakes at highway speeds over 55 mph, which started immediately after the tire installation. That points to a balancing or installation issue that needs to be corrected properly at no additional cost to me. At nearly $900 for this service, I should not have to come back repeatedly for problems caused during the installation. I expect the vehicle to be inspected thoroughly, rebalanced if necessary, and returned in safe driving condition without additional charges. Brought car in and told sensors are bad and all need to be replaced. Yes i inderstand they can go bad at anytime but funny how they all were in working order until they took tires off and put new ones on. I will never go to a Mavis again. This is ridiculous and so unnecessary. If you broke them while changing rhe tire then say so. Don'tlie and say they are bad when i know they were all working fine.. Funny how no one from the company wants to talk to you about it.

Wow, these guys are awesome!!! From the original phone call to schedule an oil change and tire repair, to the customer service in person, including everyone at the desk and the technician, I was very impressed. I felt cared for, they were only interested in providing what I needed, and they kept me afloat on everything they found and the work they did. This Mavis will be my go-to when I need ANY of their many services in the future. Thank you, Mavis on Chrysler Avenue!!!

I’ve been coming to Mavis Tire for years, and up until recently, I’ve never had any issues with the service or the quality of work. Like any business, wait times can sometimes be a little inconvenient, but it’s never been a big deal to me because the work has always been reliable and worth it. Over time, I’ve built a level of trust with Sam, the mechanic, who has consistently done an excellent job diagnosing and fixing any issues with my vehicles. Having someone knowledgeable and dependable like that makes a huge difference, especially when it comes to car repairs. That said, I’ve noticed a shift lately. I’ve seen quite a few managers come and go over the years, but the current manager stands out in a negative way. His demeanor comes across as pushy and sometimes snarky, which makes interactions uncomfortable. More concerning, it feels like the overall morale in the shop has declined since he took over. It’s always nice to see familiar faces like Sam and Jasota, who help maintain some sense of consistency. However, as a long-term customer, it’s becoming harder to feel comfortable not knowing what kind of experience I’m going to get each time I come in. For most people, car maintenance beyond basics only happens a few times a year, so those visits really matter. Right now, the environment feels more focused on making money than on customer satisfaction or supporting the staff. I truly hope to see things turn around, because this has been a place I’ve trusted for a long time and would like to continue supporting.
