The last time he had to wait over 3 hours with an already set appointment..

I wait 2 hours and nothing so I go up to ask them whats going on and the guy at the desk is shocked to even hear that my car is there, 17 minutes later they finally bring my car in to get inspected. basically forgot about my car. Made me wait 2 hours and probably more.
