My experience here was amazing. I did not have an appointment. I walked in and they immediately made room for me so that I can get my vehicle in. It took a couple minutes. It wasn’t like they just grabbed my vehicle and brought it right in, but they took the time out when I wasn’t scheduled to make sure that I was taken care of. That to me is an amazing quality and an amazing customer service providing facility.
I had a screw in my tire and the gentleman that took care of my Tire was Andy he was fantastic. He was friendly. He was informative. He was thorough and he made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn’t have been happier.
The manager was extremely friendly and was very understanding and also just down to earth, which sometimes is hard to find. He understood my needs. He was able to express to me my Tire situation as well as what he was able to do at his facility to make sure that I am on the road safely. My hats off to all of them at this facility. It’s amazing that I’ve lived near here for 15 years and have never been to this facility. Moving forward, this is going to be my place to go to get things completed. If you need anything at all as far as service under your vehicle tires brakes whatever give them a call and set up an appointment. I believe you’ll be glad you did.. Thank you so much for listening.

Came in with no appointment had a flat tire girl at the counter was super friendly. Got me in and out. Andy was great with my car found a nail in my tire and got it all patched up for me. Definitely love how honest everyone here is, most places see a flat tire and immediately think they can get you for a new tire. Definitely appreciate everyone at this store. From the techs out back to the 2 managers up front. Great people here all around

I normally don’t do these but this place has their stuff together. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a good morning. Manager up front was super friendly. Got me in right away, and took care of everything I needed and the wait was very minimal. If you’re looking for a place where you feel comfortable, with work being done in a timely manner and efficiently this is the place to go. Great and friendly staff and amazing techs who know what they’re doing. Victor and Rachel are definitely running a tight ship here.
