  This is by far the worst shop I have ever had to deal with. I schedule an appointment for 8:00 a.m. drop my truck off the night before I right on the drop off slip, rear brakes and oil change the next day. I don't hear anything from them by 12:30. I call them. They tried to tell me they don't have my vehicle then they go and look and it's on the lift but the mechanics on lunch. Tell me they're going to call me back 20 minutes to a half an hour an hour and a half later I call back to be told again they don't have my vehicle. I must have called the wrong shop then they go and look. Oh we found it. We're still checking it out. We'll give you a call back. They then call me back tell me I need rear brakes and rotors and that I need front brakes and rotors which I did not need front brakes and rotors. I just had those done 4 months ago that I declined. That said, just the rear brakes and the oil change. They say they're going to order the parts shouldn't be too long. 2 hours later I call back. What's the situation with my truck? Oh they brought us the wrong parts. We're waiting for them to bring the right parts now. I said I don't understand why it's taking this long just to do rear brakes and an oil change. They said they'll get it out as quick as possible. By 5:00 p.m. I still haven't heard from them. They close at 6:00 p.m. I call an Uber. I get there by 5:25. They just left me a message that my vehicle was ready. I go inside pay my bill. They tell me to bring the car right out. 25 minutes later standing outside. They finally bring my vehicle out. Can't explain why it took 10 hours to do rear brakes and an oil change. They don't give me an oil change sticker. They didn't put enough oil in as my vehicle calls for 7 quarts. They only put in six the next day. I'm called by the manager. He then proceeds to tell me that the shop tried to call me multiple times and I didn't answer which is a lie because I have the call records. I only missed one call from the day before. He then tried to tell me that it was my fault that they ordered the wrong parts because I had illegal plates on my vehicle because I had changed the plates through DMV from a vehicle they had previously worked on to the vehicle they then had in their possession but they didn't check that they had a different vehicle that time so they ordered the wrong part by not looking at what vehicle they were actually working on. They weren't able to help me with anything other than to call me a liar multiple times and I will never deal business with them ever again

  I took my car in for a regular oil change and brake check. The assistant manager Damion was very fast, friendly, and honest about what I needed. Fair prices and great customer service. I will come back for sure!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
