Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Great customer service and efficient! I came in as a walk in for an issue that occurred last night and they were able to squeeze me in with a reasonable time. Christina was warm and welcoming, MJ was patient enough to explain everything so that I could understand and answered all my follow up questions and Jeff was super efficient! Overall I am very pleased with todays service and think I just found my new Mavis home! Thank you for making me feel heard and welcomed!

I stopped in last week to have a screw removed from my tire. The two fellas at the counter were very helpful and got my car in as quickly as they could (it was busy). I (thankfully) don't need this sort of service very often, but when I do, and if the tire is holding air so I don't need immediate help, I always visit this location.

Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would but unfortunately that is not an option. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment at the Scarsdale location to have four new tires installed. I paid a deposit in advance to make sure the tires were available and arrived on time. At check-in, I was told there were two cars ahead of me and the wait would be about two hours, so I decided to stay. As time passed, I repeatedly asked for updates and was told my car would be next. I watched several other vehicles get taken in before mine, including a customer I spoke with who arrived after me without an appointment. My car was not brought into the bay until around 1:00 p.m., three hours after my appointment, and I did not receive my keys until approximately 2:45 p.m. I spent nearly five hours there.
I completely understand that automotive work can take time and that shops can run behind. My frustration is that my car sat for approximately three hours before the work even began and I was never given an accurate estimate of the delay. Had I been told upfront that it would take nearly five hours, I could have arranged a ride and returned later instead of spending most of my day in the waiting room.
Unfortunately, there were additional issues after I left. The following day, my car reported a tire pressure loss warning, so I had to return to the store. I was told the tires had been filled with too much air, they adjusted the pressure, reset the warning, and told me it should not return. I also noticed that a significant amount of old adhesive and foam from the previous balancing weights had been left stuck to multiple wheels after the new tires were mounted and balanced.
Another part of the experience that made me uncomfortable was being asked about leaving a review. An employee reminded me that she had given me a discount on the alignment and asked whether she had “earned” a review from me. I understand businesses appreciate reviews, but given my experience that day, the interaction did not sit well with me.
I do want to give credit to MJ, the store manager, because he has personally made an effort to address my concerns. He contacted me afterward, apologized, offered me a $250 Mavis voucher, and offered to have me return so the adhesive could be cleaned from my wheels. I declined the voucher because after this experience I do not plan on returning to Mavis and asked about monetary reimbursement instead. I also ultimately declined to return again for the wheel cleaning after already having to make an additional trip back for the tire pressure issue. I appreciate MJ trying to help and recognize that there are limits to what he can authorize at the store level.
Overall, after spending over $1,000 on four new tires and related services, I am extremely disappointed with the experience. My biggest issue isn’t simply that the shop was busy; it was having a scheduled appointment, being given inaccurate wait estimates, losing nearly five hours of my day, having to return the next day, and then finding the wheels left in the condition they were. I have attempted to resolve the matter beyond the store and am still waiting for a resolution. I will update my review if the situation is ultimately resolved.

My 81 year old neighbor was in a bit of a panic because she was having low tire pressure (and she needed an inspection) on a Saturday. So I set her up with an appointment at the Scarsdale location on Sunday. Christina, the staff and crew at the Scarsdale location were amazing. They took wonderful care of my neighbor, who reported they were very nice and kind and that the mechanics were speedy and did a good job. My neighbor felt so much better being able to get the issue solved on a weekend. The online appointment system was easy to use. Took my car for an inspection the next day and was able to thank the staff in person. Thanks again for your care and professionalism. You’re all great!
