Good deal on tires and Christina at the front desk had great customer service. The shop gets busy, I would recommend leaving your car for the service depending on the time/day, but overall great experience.

I usually do not leave very bad reviews but this business fully deserves one. I have experience with the local Mavis as they used to be very good when they opened on Central Avenue. The service was prompt and good. Today, it has degenerated into a bad business. You can sense that from the moment you step foot in the door. I brought the car in for an inspection and oil change early in the morning at opening. While I was told the car would be ready by noon, they did not call all day. I tried to call the shop, good luck. Wait forever. So in the afternoon I just showed up. They first gave me a bill which was for the wrong car. Then they notified me that the car was not in yet. I just had it, took the keys and will never step foot in a Mavis again. Might as well go to a dealer get charged an arm and a leg for inspection and oil change but they get it done. Mavis just wastes your time.
