TERRIBLE! They do not honor any appointments if you make an appointment for noon you have to wait 2 hours. If you make an appointment at 2:00 you still have to wait 2 hours. There was three other people in the waiting room with appointments who still hadn't been seen before me. The explanations from the guy at the front desk were ludacris and he was clearly BS us. So I took my new tire and paid for it and went to a service station down the road and had my tire put on in under 30 minutes. I'll never go back to this place and I'll never recommend this place to anybody !!

They do not respect scheduled appointments. After waiting over an hour and a half, work was not started and when I asked how long was told it wouldn’t be started for at least another hour and a half.

I brought my car in to have the struts replaced and new tires installed. You completed that work as requested. The next day, while I was driving, the car started shaking and making strange noises, and the check engine light began flashing.
I called and was told to bring it back. When I did, you identified a problem and quoted me the cost to repair it. I asked why this wasn’t caught the day before when the car was already hooked up to the diagnostic reader. I didn’t get a clear answer.
The whole situation feels off. My family and I have been Mavis customers for years. I’ve heard plenty of negative stories, but I stayed loyal anyway. This experience has me questioning that.
