  I had a very disappointing experience with Mavis Tire. Their advertised price match policy is not reliable and, in my experience, feels misleading; similar to a scam. Even though I found the exact same tires at a significantly lower price elsewhere, they refused to honor the price match based on an internal “discount,” even with thier discount the final price I paid was way higher than the market price of the exact same tires at Walmart.Under this approach, Mavis can list significantly higher prices then apply a discount to any of their product and this will effectively bypass the price match policy altogether, which undermines the purpose of offering such a guarantee and is misleading. I am attaching my email communiation with thier customer support team for further information. The service quality was also poor. I paid for a wheel alignment, but it was not done properly. When I returned with a prior appointment to have it corrected, I was told they did not have time and was asked to come back another day. On top of that, my follow-up emails were ignored, and no resolution was offered. Overall, I would not recommend Mavis due to lack of transparency, poor service quality, and unreliable customer support.

  FIRST COME FIRST SERVICED, even you have an appointment. I came the day before make an appointment and get a call to confirm. They told me it would take the most an hour an half. Get to Mavis the are jammed up with walk in and now is a four hr wait. WHY? Because they service whoever comes first regardless of an appointment. They should communicate that information right from the start. If I had another appointment I would have to choose Mavis or the appointment. I feel this lack of truthful information is disrespectful to the customer!!! Mavis Scarsdale on Central Ave.

  Very long waits and not great communication from staff. Ordered tires online and made an appointment, ended up going in 3 times. First they didn’t have the tires (after waiting for 30-45 mins), then the 2nd was install which took multiple hours on a slow weekday, and the 3rd was the morning after because one of the new tires went flat due to their defect.

  Very disappointed with my experience at this tire shop. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM just to fix a flat tire, and when I arrived, I was told it would still take over an hour to an hour and a half. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t honor the scheduled time? Poor time management and no respect for customers’ time. I understand places get busy, but communication and organization matter. Definitely not the experience I

  Waited 3 hrs to replace TPMS on first visit. The sensor light came back right after I left the shop. Had to return the shop and have it fixed next day. After the 6 hours wait, the guy told us the great news is you don't have the leak but you have to replace the TPMS. We told them ,exactly! It's the same one you replaced a day before. The quality of the work is not the same anymore. While observing them doing the work, most of the staff enjoy watching on their phones than focusing on customers' needs.
