  I came to get a tire patch. The tire patch did not work, and was leaking again the next day. When I called to get it fixed, they told me they were unable to see me even though the call center booked me for an appointment. Would not recommend.

  Great place! I have been there many times and never have had problem. I'm happy with their services and customer care. Very helpful staff. They explain everything upfront about your service and costs, whether just getting an inspection or a full set of tires or brakes. They have many choices as well and explained them thoroughly. Thank you!!

  John at the front desk is Great. Hayley is a nice bundle of energy. The mechanic , Jordan, was wonderful and is probably getting to know my truck very well. Now I should be able to get 2 more years out of my 2006 Honda Ridgeline!!

  Had a low tire pressure indicator light come on during a 2 hour ride from our Hudson Valley home to our NJ home stopped at the Monro auto center in saugerties where they could not have more helpful. They took the car in almost immediately, found a slow leak due to a nail imbedded in the tire fixed the puncture and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Incredible customer service.   Motorists beware, Monro in Saugerties is a predatory business. My husband’s car was damaged at this location while it was left for minor repair (tensioner pulley and two belts). This work should have been a 1 day job and cost $500, but we were told by one of the acting manager's (Hailey) they had trouble getting the part and that it would be ready in 3 days later at $900. Not to mention they at first quoted us 2500$ to change things that does not need to be changed. When we went to pick up the car, after 4 more days of having to call them to find out if the work was done, there was a large scratch running down passenger's side door and our keys were held ransom until we paid the price quoted for the work to be done at the initial estimated time of 3 days. We heard multiple excuses each day why the work was not done on time and heard everything from: ordered wrong part, the old part broke trying to remove it, and they needed two days to get a drill bit to drill out the piece that snapped off. When we arrived at the location to pick up the car we contacted the Saugerties PD, and there was nothing they could do for a civil matter other than make an incidence report. The only manager whose name is posted on the wall (Markos Peratikos) is not present at this location and was not available by phone when the police were summoned over the dispute - despite having spoken to him the day before to report the issue. We were standing there, in the shop forced to call the absentee manager because the acting manager (John Smith) REFUSED to call him claiming he was "in a meeting” despite of our repeated request.John said he does not want to “disturb” Markos . This was around 7pm in the evening. Apparently their time is valuable but not ours. They DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS and will just rob you as much as they can. John was so disrespectful and adamant on refusing to help us out. My husband specifically requested Markos call him back when he spoke to him earlier in the day to let my husband know how much we would be charged when we showed up to pick up the car. We never received a call back after leaving multiple voice messages before going to the location which is about an hour from where we live as this was an unexpected pulley failure in the highway. This a place is a scam and absolute nightmare. We would never go back to a Monro anywhere after this experience. These people should be ashamed of themselves and they give decent mechanics everywhere a bad reputation. Be warned, if you value your time and capital stay away from this place. Needless to say they are not registered with the better business bureau.
