- JHJocelyn Hawley2 days ago3.0Got oil changed. They checked tire pressure and now the light in my car is on regarding tire pressure and when the gentleman reset mileage for my next oil change, the clock on the screen is stuck at 12:00 even after resetting it.

Apparently a van cannot be inspected. I ended up in Queensbury at another location, all services completed without hassle. Seems the manager on duty there just wants business to leave the place and not come back!

The shop was extremely busy the day I went for my oil change, what stood out to me is the team work/communication between the 3 of them. It’s always a pleasure going to the shop on Maple Ave in Wilton/saratoga.
- SCSteve CJul 22, 20261.0Highly recommend you stay away from here. They over-torqued my filter housing and it cracked along with the o-ring. As we were driving my car ran out of oil and when I went to go put more in the oil reservoir, it was smoking. They almost killed my engine. This was on my wife's 40th bday on our way to Montreal. Had to get the car towed so I didn't smoke the engine. They gave us trouble on an inspection, I litterally went down the road and got my sticker no problem. The male employee with the buzz cut tried giving my wife a hard time and almost got a prize of more problems than he asked for. Karma will get that boy. Already reached out to corporate for reimbursement. Will never be back. Highly recommend you stay away from this one. Clifton Park is significantly better and the employees have an obviously much higher intelligence level. Either way. Valvoline just lost 2 customers permanently.

The topside service technician Nate was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while explaining the services they were performing. It was clear they were thorough and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. I really appreciated the positive attitude and attention to detail from everyone on the team. I'll definitely be returning for future service and would highly recommend this location!
