  I called and made an appointment for 3 o'clock for a wheel alignment. They email confirmed my appointment at 2 o'clock. I showed up at 2:45 and they told me they didn't have anyone to do the work for another few days.. Which is the exact reason I called and made an appointment. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I will never return and I will make sure everyone hears about the poor poor quality business they run.

  This shop on South Broadway is a disaster. Had a 1:00 appt for a leak in my tire. At 4:00 I call to be told they are running behind. When I picked the car up, they couldn't cash me out( claimed the computer system is terrible- the employees are saying this!!! Get Simone from corporate to come in and get this location in shape!

  Made an appointment for 1 pm on 6/26 for an oil change. Get there at 12:50 and get all of my information taken care of, and 2:10 comes along and my car still hasn’t gotten taken back. Overheard the techs saying they forgot about my car. 3 pm rolls along and 3 people are looking for a piece of paper instead of checking me out when my car has been ready for 15 mins and I’ve been waiting so patiently.

  I came in today for an oil change , the “store manager” was face first in her cellphone was very rude to me when I came in. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all . The assistant Joshua on the other hand was very helpful and very polite and very transparent with me. The old manager Jessie and Joshua were a great team if this is how management is going to be in the future I think I will go elsewhere and advise people to go elsewhere

  I went in to request a tire patch and to check my breaks. When walking up to the store I was greeted by one of the mechanics. Very friendly, very approachable. They told me to head inside and talk to the manager about what’s going on while they finished up and they would come find me. When I walked in, the woman who is supposedly the manager, was head down, in, I am assuming her phone. Not very attentive. She seemed very confused and unsure. She didn’t put in much effort to talking and went to find someone who could help. The gentleman that came up claimed to be the assistant and kept open communication with the process and what was going on. Tried to show the manager how to properly go through their system and the woman did not seem to want to even be there. Everything went smoothly, but the customer service from the manager was not very friendly. The rest of the crew seemed friendly, approachable, and looked like they work well together as a team.
