- JBJ Bo4 days ago5.0I drove from Rochester to Saratoga for a visit. Somehow ended up with two pinhole leaks on two tires. I was working with AAA in helping me get the car over to Mavis and simultaneously working with Darcy in obtaining two new tires in case I did needed them (It was almost closing time) which remained to be seen until morning. She told me I was under no obligation and as it turned out I did not need them and they fixed my tires and sent me on my way. I was very grateful for the team at the service center and would highly recommend them.

I drove from over 3 hours away with my 3 children and wife for a basketball tournament. I was unknowingly traveling with 2 very unsafe rear tires. Both bands were showing and 1 finally gave out. I'm in a bad financial situation and the store manager was able to help out more than anyone would ever understand. While I came up with a plan to be able to pay the bill he was so patient, caring and empathetic. I will be forever thankful and pay it forward 🙏🏼

I stopped by the store to get pricing and spoke with Darcy and she was extremely helpful, I went in for pricing and ended up buying 4 tires for my Ford F150. Thanks Darcy for being such a huge help.
