  I stopped because of the big sign out front that said 15 minute oil change. When I arrived I was told they were short staffed, so it would be a little bit longer.I said no big deal.I waited.It was 25 minutes, then they brought my car in which was the first one at the bay.Then, when the hood went up, it sat for another 35 minutes until I complained. Asking about the 15 minute deal...They again said that they were short staffed. I said, I saw you standing there talking to another employee for ten minutes, while my hood was just sitting there up and he walked away. Then, another five minutes goes by. I'm called out to the computer to verify my personal details. After that was done I get told.We're about to start your oil change.I had been there for over an hour now or my 15 minute oil change with my car sitting in the bay with the hood up for about 45 minutes. Finally, after a full hour and a half, they came in and told me it was done.And I could pay for what I had been there for and a $9.99 "supplies charge" (not quite sure what SUPPLIES I was paying for since they charge $13/qt for my oil) I was told by the cashier that it applies to every fee they have. So after all, said and done 2 hours for a 15 minute oil change.I paid $106 AFTER a $25 coupon. And apparently the dismissive attitude was complimentary. NEVER GOING BACK!

  Important - they open doors from right to left so even if you were there at 7 o’clock in the morning waiting for an hour, they will still take the cars to the right door first. Overall staff was nice and they’re moving quickly. Service for oil change, tire rotating and a bunch of other stuff I didn’t know I needed took ~1 hour.

  TLDR; I went for an inspection they estimated would take 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later I was late to work and only got out of there because I told them I needed my car back either way. Today I needed my inspection, they gave me 30-45 minutes estimate. As long as it was done in about an 75 minutes or so, I wouldn’t be late to work so I went ahead. 45 minutes later when the guy pulled me in to try to check what services I wanted, I let him know I needed to get to work and asked if it was going to be a while. He assured me it would be quick from there. It wasn’t, and there was no one to talk to because the person who was at the desk was on lunch. I wish he would have said “it may be at least another hour” so that I could have left right then. My car seemed to be behind one that was there for more work so they were waiting on that before doing mine? Other cars were coming and going, mine was not moving and no one was touching it. Someone came to the desk and I let them know I really needed to leave and asked him to check on things. He said something about the car not connecting to the computer. I said if the inspection didn’t get done, I still need to leave. After this, they did get it done and had to move cars around to finally get mine out. I hate having to be pushy as I have always worked in service and I know people are doing their best, but this was bad. And even when it was done, I couldn’t leave because there had been no one at the desk to pay before it was complete. I’m not sure exactly what the issue was, if they were understaffed, disorganized, or what, but it was a pretty bad experience and I will not be going back.

  Surprisingly great experience here this morning, and it was because of the crew - Nicole, Kap, and Charles - all positive people who made the morning visit easy and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Initially just went in for an oil change, but decided to get my headlight lenses cleaned up since the $20-off promo is running, and Charles clearly brought them back to life. Very happy with the service, experience, and price today, thanks!

  Popped in there for state inspection today and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was incredibly friendly they had my car in and out and under 10 minutes. No scams, no needed repairs, just quick service and they also suggested I should come back and have them tighten up my lug nuts in a couple of days. Genuinely impressed highly recommend.
