  They made it very convenient for me when my car was in the shop. They were there when I dropped my car off and picked it up at same shop. It was seamless.

  This is my second time using a rental car from Enterprise, and the service and experience was excellent. Unfortunately, I got rear-ended and needed a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. Everyone at Enterprise who I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating when I explained I needed a vehicle big enough to fit two carseats for my twins. I was able to drive around a 2025 Dodge Durango (which made me feel super cool when I regularly drive my 2016 Honda Odyssey that was getting fixed up). It was spacious enough for the two car seats, and a smooth ride - and CLEAN! Only little thing to mention was that it was low on windshield wiper fluid at pick-up, but otherwise everything else was mint condition. Thank you everyone for your assistance. A thankfully minor event in my life was made a bit easier by having a clean, spacious vehicle to drive around while my minivan was getting fixed up.

  I was having a panic attack about not knowing how to drive the rental and when I went in flustered Cameron helped me a lot! She’s incredibly sweet and patient and took the time to sit with me and explain all of the features. I felt so much relief because of her, thank you so much.

  This location is so wonderful to rent from! The car had no strong smells, the process was seamless, all of the associates were so helpful and answered all of my detailed questions very well, the car ran well and the one maintenance concern I had with it was addressed appropriately and efficiently. I wish all of my car rental experiences could be this smooth and relaxed! I will always come back to this Route 50 Saratoga Springs / ballston spa/ lake Enterprise to borrow cars!

  These folks were so kind and even discounted my rental fee due to me only having the car for a couple of hours. Also asked me if I was good with them picking up another employee before dropping me off to my car at the dealership. If I lived closer I would use them again and again!
