  Considering a new EX90 and stopped in since I leased a car here 2 years ago for my parents. Dealt with Kristin and Lana. As an experienced person when it comes to automobiles, I must say this place runs top notch and you are actually treated like a client instead of being manipulated. Highly recommend.

  Great experience at Empire Volvo! Lana was our salesperson, and she did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. She helped us not only get the vehicle we always wanted, but also at a price we could afford. Everyone was fantastic! We didn’t expect the car-buying experience to be this easy and exciting. Thank you, Lana, Danny, and Sahil for helping us get our new XC90!

  Went in over the weekend to try to test drive a XC40. Spoke with sales rep Lana who was super helpful the entire time. Test drove the car and went over some numbers. Had one manager James come in and explained to him we were looking at a car to lease in the future and what we were looking to pay and time frame very helpful. There was a miscommunication with some manager named Sahil, who than proceeded to come in and tell me and my girlfriend we were here wasting there time not wanting to buy a car immediately and trying to make me feel bad for coming in and wanting to test drive a car. He than said “if I knew you were here looking to just test drive the car and not buy, I would have turned you away at the door and said don’t come in”. This was our only free time we were both available to see a car together and we had an overall pleasant experience until this one manager Sahil who ruined the whole experience. Everyone else was very respectful just one bad apple spoiled the bunch.
