- JBJoe BelloAug 18, 20265.0Everything was great. I had two vehicles scheduled for windshield replacement. 2019 Honda and 2004 Toyota to be done at my home. On that day it was raining and I received a call from the technician regarding the 2019 Honda. He said with the bad weather I might have to reschedule or I can bring the car to the St. James location. So I took it to St. James and the lady at the front desk was so very nice and professional. She answered all my questions clearly. The windshield and the recalibration was finished in a timely manner with no issues. The technician who was assigned the 2004 Toyota arrived at my home and waited out the rain. Once the rain stopped he replaced the windshield with no issues. Since then both car are fine thanks to the good work by these two technicians. So whether you have the work done at your home or at the shop, you’re in good hands. Thank you for a good experience on replacing two windshields
