  I made an appointment to have my tire looked at to make sure it was safe since I had run over a curb and sliced my tire. The employees were attentive, kind, very friendly and professional. They were also honest. They told me I needed the rear two tires. They could have said I needed all four since I got them all at the same time. I ended up replacing all 4. They also explained I needed new brakes and I should also consider an alignment. There was no pressure at all which impressed me, I have been going to Adirondack, now mavis gif years and I will continue to do so

  Wasn’t notified they were busy before schedule time. Said it was be 30 min wait, I said ok. 2 hours after that, I said hello, I’m next in line, they said I’m sorry which was nice i guess. Was supposed to get tired balanced, alignment, and state inspection. They didn’t have time for inspection so whatever, but when I got my car back, they told me they balanced the tires and gave me a sheet saying what the tire pressure is at. The tire pressure recorded is at 32-33 on the sheet. Each tire was randomly between 35-40psi. Each tire nut was over torqued. I have a torque wrenched that measured it. If the psi that they gave me doesn’t match what I had in my car, how am I supposed the trust the alignment numbers. Also, I asked for the alignment numbers and they said the machine was broken and couldn’t print so I don’t know if I even got an alignment. There goes 200 down the drain. Not a great experience.

  I got my tires replaced by a young man named Carlos Vasquez , and he was a delight. He made the experience quick and easy and even managed to change my breaks, oil change and wheel alignment within 45mins. I would recommend this location and when you do ask for Carlos

  Dropped off my tire to get a plug, came back a couple hours later it was done. Pretty simple yes but the technician and dude at the front desk were very friendl/helpful. Was a bit surprised a plug cost akmost $40 dollars though. Could have sworn it was $25! I've had brakes done here at a reasonable price and time. Overall I prefer Adirondack to most if not all tire places. Right on.

  Absolutely horrible service. Teddy left and the place has gone down hill. I purchased 4 tires through them and scheduled to have them installed 8am never received a call I called at 3pm still not done. Finally at 4pm went to pick up. I requested to keep the old tires, the were still in decent shape. I was told no problem that they would put them in the bed of the truck. Guess what no tires. After they finally found them the whole shop watched me load them by myself. I feel bad for anyone who uses them for any future services.
