  This is not the first time we've brought a car to Flower Hill Auto Body over the last 4 years, they've never stopped amazing us with consistently excellent customer service and repair quality every single time. Even before we dropped the car off this time, they made sure all the necessary parts were ordered from the dealer and confirmed available, so there was no wasted time once the repair actually started. That kind of proactive planning made a huge difference. From drop-off on, the level of professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. They kept me updated with almost daily text messages throughout the entire repair process, so I never had to wonder what was going on that kind of consistent communication is rare and really put my mind at ease. The team was always available whenever I had a question, and they were reliable at every step, doing exactly what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it. What impressed me most was how they managed to complete the repair in the shortest time possible without cutting any corners on quality the work itself was excellent. They plans ahead, communicates constantly, and delivers fast, high-quality work year after year, Flower Hill Auto Body is the place to go. Highly recommend!   Excellent service and very professional! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. They did a great job and really took care of my car. Highly recommend this auto shop! Allan is the best!

  I had my Tesla Model Y serviced here twice now (1st time rear-ended, second time scraped by a driver making an illegal right turn at an intersection, both times requiring body work - this shop is one of the shops that are qualified and experienced working with Teslas), the latest last month. Highly satisfied both times. They explained exactly how they will proceed with insurance (the first time they also explained how insurance companies work, specifically how they go about giving out their estimate for repairs), and kept me up-to-date with the status of the repair. Last month it was Alan would kept in touch with me. I highly recommend this shop if you get into any type of accident requiring Collison/body repairs. Oh, and the lifetime warranty for the repairs I am sure comes in handy when necessary as well!
