- DLDerek LoveJun 27, 20264.0They charged me for 2 days because of the time I was getting the car and dropping it off. Picked it up Friday at 8 am and dropped it off at 2:30 pm Saturday. They did upgrade my vehicle upon pickup.
- NLN LJun 23, 20261.0I wish I could give them 0 stars. I arrived with my wheelchair bound mother. Gave them my credit card and ID for my reservation. They swipe the card and then minutes later say they can't give me a car because they don't take card from my bank. They already swiped my card and tied up the funds on my account and the gaslighted me that the funds were just pending and will be back in a couple hours. That didn't happen and now I have to dispute on my credit card. I had to take a Uber 55 miles!!! Which cost me about the same amount as the 3 car day rental. Edit*** After 3 days still no refund only to find out one has NEVER BEEN PROCESSED!!!! DO NOT give these people your credit card unless they verify that they accept your bank. The manager of this location need to be fired he literally looked in my face and lied that he had only put a hold on my account but it had actually been charged.
