Nick, the manager, was extremely understanding and helpful, and made a nightmare situation go away. In addition, there was a small issue with the rental not getting closed out after dropping it at our destination, and Nick once again came to the rescue, and took care of it. He even remembered helping us a few days earlier, which speaks to his attention to detail. If you find yourself at this Enterprise/National location, make sure you deal with Nick. My career is in customer service, and someone like Nick is a huge asset to any team. He is a true professional, and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again, Nick!!
