  Took my car for struts, also asked for an inspection. I picked it up and it was $300 above the quote. No apologies, no phone call that it would be more. There was no inspection sticker on the car after it said it was inspected on the receipt. They said to come back for the sticker. I went back, they said I would need to run diagnostics for $200 before I got the inspection. There was no mention of that earlier when I checked out or asked about the sticker. Terrible communication. I’m driving away having spent $1500 and my car still isn’t inspected which is what I asked them to do. I don’t recommend it and will not be back.

  I brought my vehicle in for a NYS inspection and oil change. The bill was what I expected, no surprises, and unlike some places they did what I asked and didn’t go looking for additional things to do and try to push me to have those things done. They also got the job done in the timeframe they indicated. This is my second time using them, and I will continue to do so.

  I went there for squealing in rear tire and advised I thought the caliper was hanging up. They called me and said I needed a $550 brake job. I said I would do my brakes myself. I went to change my brakes and 3/4 of the brake pad was still there and the rotors looked great. I’m not sure if they thought I was some dumb woman or what. Thankfully my dad thought me all about cars.
