  I had an outstanding experience at Monro Muffler thanks to Steve Westcott. He truly went above and beyond to help me with the repairs my Jeep Wrangler needed. From the moment I walked in, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what needed to be fixed and why. It's hard to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Steve's professionalism, honesty, and dedication really stood out. He made what could have been a stressful situation much easier and ensured my Jeep was repaired properly. I left feeling confident that the work was done right.   Had troubles with a tire while traveling. Was mid day on a Saturday and I had stopped at 3 places already that were closing for the day and couldn’t help me. The guys at Monroe got me right in and I was back on the road in no time. The price was good too. I’m a happy customer.

  Brought in mother in law Chevy Cruze for inspection. Had issues getting it to pass because battery was replaced and not enough miles driven to get computer to pass. Also had them fix tire pressure sensors. Manager Steve was great to work with. He knew exactly what was needed. Will go there in future and recommend his store to others.

  Had a vehicle emergency. Had my vehicle towed to this center and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They were able to prioritize same day and fast service and were professional and polite during a stressful time. Amazing work from very hard working staff to get me back on the road the same day.
