  Reserved a vehicle a week in advance and upon arriving at location they did not have the car even though they gave me a guarantee it would be.There was another gentleman behind me with the same issue. When calling manager he stated he will call me back but instead followed up with a text message saying sorry try again Monday to rent. The few vehicles they had left on lot were damaged on the outside or were to small. This seems to be a very common thing at this location. I saw another post this happened 2 weeks ago. Same story with me today. Their remedy is to reach out to customer service which does not solve the problem when the customer is standing in the lobby for a vehicle at that moment. There follow up is the generic pass the buck response to follow up with a hyper link that deals with the main page of Enterprise. I wanted to speak to someone in the chain of command via phone not through email or text. Bad customer service specially for 1 customers at the same time in waiting room. I should not have to reach out more than I did. They should follow up with me because of the bad service, false guarantee and no replacent that was even close to what was reserved/requested.

  Excellent rental experience while my car was in the shop. They made it easy to pick up and return the car, by working sith my repair shop. Customer service was great throughout and they answered all my questions. Cole was fantastic throughout the process.

  Our local Enterprise has always had amazing customer service. The many times we have had to rent a car they have always given us top notch service. The vehicle we rented was clean and in excellent condition. The ease of picking up and dropping off the vehicle was great. They even reached out to make sure that everything was going well while we had the rental.

  Very disappointed with my recent rental experience. I made my reservation well in advance and arrived to find that the vehicle I reserved was not available. The alternatives offered did not meet the needs that were clearly communicated when the reservation was made. The lack of preparation and poor customer service created unnecessary stress and frustration right before our trip. A reservation should mean a vehicle is available when promised. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.
