Came in 20 minutes before close on a Saturday with a flat that had to be replaced, they took me in no questions asked. "Open til we're closed" mentality. I also didn't know much about tires and whatnot and Mike was very helpful in walking me through the different types and what their purposes and prices are. This experience has earned my trust and I plan to use this Mavis again whenever I may need to.

I walked in without an appointment for an inspection and oil change and was taken right away. Chris and Dave were very accommodating and honest. They didn't try to push any uneeded services on me. The wait was about average and the price was right. Chris tried to save me as much as possible with store coupons. I highly reccomend taking your car to Rocky Point Mavis for tires and all your routine services.

Came in yesterday after my tire blew out and I replaced with a spare. Chris walked right over to me and we started talking. Chris is the man!! Helping right away! He worked with me and my budget, he kept me updated throughout and even kept the shop open late for me (hes the best!!)!
Ryan and Jason worked on my car; were super kind, showed and explained to me what I needed to know, and also stayed late to help!

Though I originally needed to reschedule, he attentively worked with my schedule to find a new date and time that worked seamlessly for me. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions with patience and genuine kindness, ensuring I felt completely informed.
Despite how busy the shop was, his strong work ethic was immediately apparent. He managed the floor efficiently and got my car in and out quickly without a single issue.
