He was a true professional—approachable, easy to talk to, and highly communicative. I deeply appreciated the personalized service he delivered, especially his proactive follow-up phone calls keeping me informed about how long my insurance company would cover the rental. It took all the stress out of the process. As a fun aside, I never thought I’d say this, but I absolutely loved driving the minivan! It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Joe is a massive asset to your team.

- LLLaurenJun 8, 20261.0I was given a car that was full of damage, not clean, smelled like cigarettes. I was offered no other cars or solutions other than $50 off my reservation fee. As I drove, the car had system error messages, effectively making the car ineffective to be driving over long distance. I drove (per Enterprises recommendation) to another location 40 minutes away and was told there were cars in stock for me to exchange. When I arrived, there were no cars. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. Do not rent here.
