  I needed a rental from an accident I was involved in, so my car could be repaired. Firstly this reservation was booked between the other parties insurance as it was their fault, this reservation was booked at least a week in advance. I was instructed they would meet me at the repair shop with the vehicle, that was not the case, I was being picked up and brought to Enterprise-fine, not what I was told and confirmed but whatever. I then was given the vehicle which was FILTHY! The gas tank had about a half a tank, no problem. I returned the vehicle with a full tank. This rental was covered by the other parties insurance, however they needed a $150 deposit as usual, no problem. However when it was all said and done I was charged $50, no email, no receipt, no indication as to why I was being charged. I had to call Enterprise to find out what the charge was for and request a receipt for payment. Since when is it okay to charge a card with no explanation. No receipt. Contacted the other parties insurance to find out why, no problem but my issue is how can you not at least send a receipt for payment of which you took. Unacceptable.

  The wait time was extremely long. They only had one person working. He was receiving the cars that were being returned. Trying to clean them and trying to give out new rental car.He was by himself, approximately one hour before a second person showed up to help, who was extremely rude by the way after all that still ended up with a dirty car..... Customer service is awful.Would never ever recommend

  Enterprise car rental in Rocky point is not a good services He charged more than the regular price. After two weeks. I called him , he said he will credit back to my account 71$, (this amount he over charged me) Until now , I still not credit back to my account. When I called him , he didn’t pick up the phone. HE IS A TRICKER If anyone want to rent a car, please don’t come to car rental in Rocky point, Yours may lose to money, is a bad service First time in my life, never again 😢. He charged me more 550$ even I had a discount from car insurance 😢.Terrible service
