- RBRobert BurgerAug 21, 20261.0I would prefer to leave zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. The Rocky Point office did not honor their request which put me in a 12 hour bind. It seems like they made up fees as they want. They wanted to charge me $850 to drop off the vehicle I rented in another state without ever telling me it was an option even though I asked prior. Stay away from that office.

- IRIlyssa RobbinsJul 22, 20265.0I had to jump on here and give my experience with Joe and Dejon. I have never in my life had an easy time renting a car, in fact it’s something I DREAD. These guys changes that My experience started by being greeted by Joe who was extremely friendly and guided my through the process. He was extremely helpful and when I had told him that I worked an hour away and would be 4 min late for drop off. He chuckled and told me not to worry, they would wait for me. Which was so nice because usually rental companies close the door and charge for an extra day. Not these guys. They really care. When I arrived before my hand could even touch the door I was greeted by Dejon with a GIANT smile and warm welcome and chat about work. They made me so comfortable and this isn’t even half the story. I just can’t make that long of a review. This is my home town location and I just want to say it feel amazing to know this company and these guys are there for us as such. Thank you guys, you’ll never understand how you made the worst most stressful day of my life so much better. Just by being kind (and getting me a car to take to work for the day lol)

I should have known it was going to be bad when there are only 2 parking spots and no way to turn around in the lot. The definition of "a hole in the wall". Enterprise reservation system (a commission based system) motivated by bookings is broken and does not account for actual inventory. Another win for Uber
