  Now I’m not normally the type to leave a review, but this Valvoline gave me the best service I’ve ever gotten getting my car worked on. My Fiancé and I were 3 hours from our home and my EPC light turned on on the highway and we had 22 minutes to get to this location. When we got there we were greeted by the kindest crew who gave us so much help and advice on how to move forward and get back to our house safely. The assistant manager, Jay, was incredibly kind and even helped us purchase/put in some stop leak for our engine oil. We couldn’t thank him enough for teaching us how to do it and making sure we made it home safely! Jay and his team saved the day for us and I would highly recommend this specific location to anyone in the area who is looking for an oil change!

  I LOVE THE CREW AT CHILI VALOLINE! I PASS 3 OTHER VALVOLINE HUST TO GO TO THIS LOCATION! LIZ, JAY, ASHELY, AND BRANDON (WITH THE GREAT HAIR LOL) ARE TOP TIER! THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF AND TRULY TAKE CARE OF YOU!!! 10/10

  I was highly satisfied with my experience because the service was quick, professional, and convenient. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing throughout the oil change without making me feel pressured to purchase anything unnecessary. They took good care of my vehicle, answered my questions clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I also appreciated how efficiently everything was handled while still maintaining good attention to detail. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this Valvoline location for future service.

  Three cars in the bays and virtually no activity. I waited about 20 minutes with minimal progress on the cars inside and no acknowledgement outside and gave up. Went back to work.

  Ashley the worker again violated my car.Few months ago she broke my engine cover..now after not getting an oil change my car is leaking oil heavily altho upon arrival car was not leaking oil like so and check engine light was not on..Now my car is sounding loud and they're trying to say car was leaking previously..HELL NO..train your employees.I seen Ashley ask for help on a next car while I waited to be serviced. Don't support Chili Ave Valvoline. I thought after going here for over 6 years I would be good..
