Always fast and friendly. They offer other services but they aren't pushy about them. There's always coupons online too. I'm a repeat customer.

The folks here work well together and greet you with a smile. They don't push to upsell, but they show you what needs to be done and leave the choice to you. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience at Valvoline in Greece, NY on West Ridge Road. Demetrius was wonderful along with the staff here! I always go to this location! They got me in and out quickly and I appreciate that!!

I don’t know anything about cars but all the staff were very sweet. And broke down everything for me so I could understand. They told me what upgrades were worth it without pressuring me. Which made me actually want to upgrade so I did. It was also nice seeing a female mechanic their as woman myself I will definitely be coming back

Darrell is the best!! No one prompted me to leave a review like most places do these days, but I want to thank Darrell for going above and beyond and giving me the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a transactional vehicle service place like this!
