  Called in the morning with a tire loosing pressure. Got me in within a couple hours and fixed the tire and also did an oil change and tire rotation. More than I could have hoped for on such short notice and nice people at the location.

  Had an appointment for a simple oil change - immediately upon driving out of parking lot had multiple warning signals show up for electrical issues. This is the second time in a row this has happened. The previous time was a different vehicle. Incredibly disappointing and we will not be going back.

  In the past 6 months we have brought two different cars to this place for a simple oil change and as soon as we get the cars home all our warning dashboard lights come on. The first car it happened to we brought back to them and they had no explanation of what happened and did not fix the problem. Yesterday this happened again to our second car, and now we have to bring this one in to a dealership to try and figure out why all the warning lights are on. I called and left a message with the shop yesterday, and have yet to receive a response. We will never be bringing our cars to this place again.

  I came out to Rochester for a wedding and got a flat tire. I arrived at 7:30 and Dave helped get me everything I needed with the best deal possible! So grateful for his help.

  I had a frustrating experience with scheduling and communication. I called Tire Choice yesterday to make a 9:00 a.m. appointment and planned to wait while the work was done. Shortly after scheduling, someone called me back to ask whether I could drop the car off instead. I explained what I needed done, and they confirmed that I could keep the appointment and wait. When I arrived this morning, however, I was told that I either had to drop the car off or cancel the appointment. Because I did not have a ride arranged, I had to cancel. This wasted over an hour of my morning and could have been avoided with clearer communication up front. I understand shops get busy, but if waiting was not actually an option, that should have been made clear before I came in.
